More equipment in the fitness room.Will you be putting a swimming pool?…that would be a nice touch.Did not know your saunas are clothing optional…? Perhaps there could be signage stating dress code for sauna, so guests can be aware of this protocol in advance of visiting the sauna/wellness centre.

Everything was perfect, from the quaint location to the cleanliness of the rooms and the interior decoration which matched the woody surroundings. We did not try the breakfast or the restaurant.

The location was quiet and the atmosphere relaxed, with a modern architecture and nice feel.

Sauna is nice and very spacious, inside the room is quite cozy, in the corridor there a lot of space, we were provided with crib, in the restaurant there are some toys for kids, breakfast with some vegan options

Spider web in the corner of the room, no slippers provided, even though we were served with many kids staff, it is not family-oriented hotel for sure.

The glass door dividing the space on the balconies went loose during the night and the metal peace was banging on the metal balcony half of the night before I figured it out and opened that space.

Nice and comfy hotel in a quiet area. The food was super nice. There are enough parking spaces in the garage, which is a big plus, including chargers for electric cars.

Although chargers for electric cars are available and not owned by the hotel, it would be very nice for the hotel to provide more details about who and how they operate, as well as some price info. Ultimately, I paid 0.69€ per kW for their charger, while fast chargers were cheaper when traveling.

Everything is good, except the alarm in 01:00am, without any explain why there's an alarm.

I do not recommend this hotel. When we checked out, we forgot our baby's sleeping bag in the room. At first, the staff claimed they couldn’t find it, even though I clearly described where I left it. After I insisted and mentioned their reputation, they suddenly "found" it, but they didn’t even bother to apologize for the unnecessary stress they caused. On top of that, when we arrived on Thursday (2nd January) after a 20-hour drive with our 5-month-old baby, they refused to allow an early check-in, even though the parking lot was empty and the hotel is rarely fully booked. They also declined to give us a standard room, which was cheaper, claiming all rooms were occupied—a claim that didn’t seem genuine.The receptionist and the manager on January 2nd were incredibly disrespectful and showed no care for us or our baby.The cleanliness in the room was below standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet was unwashed, there was insufficient soap, and only a few tissues were provided. These basic amenities were not replenished during our stay.Lastly, the restaurant is very disappointing. They only offer three dishes, and the prices are far too high for what you get. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the staff lacked empathy, and the facilities were not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice, mordern, very comfortable hotel in nice area with easy access to the parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, the dog was welcome. The rooms are bright, beds are comfortable and sufficiently high, the bathroom is well places and equipped. With a pleasure, I have to point the quality of the breakfest out. Such large and tasty breakfest is not so common.

Nothing to say, everything was simply perfect.

Great place, nice big clean rooms, modern concept with glass wall bathroom included in the bedroom, kids especially enjoyed that and coloured lightning 2+2 bedroom are actually connecting rooms which is highly appreciated nice choice of breakfast buffet (especially smoked salmon and home made spreads)

little detour from Linz but worth every km :)beds are little on a softer side for my comfortparking fee for a hotel this quality and proportions should be included in a room rate

They should take care of cleaning rooms specially bathrooms. For me i changed 2 rooms and the bathroom was dirty in both of them

Nice location Clean and spacious room

Shower drain can't take the water flow if you plan to use it for more than a few minutes.It's a design fault by the look of it.The whole bathroom flooded when my daughter used it luckily did not flood the rest of the room.It's a wet room bathroom so did not cause much issues.
