Super responsive staff. We were cycling the Route des Grande Alpes. It was the only hotel that washed and dried out cycling kit for us and directed us to local massages and restaurants.

I can’t think of anything. Oh, the internet on our floor was not working but they told us in advance and it worked in lobby. Not a big deal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The offer of a free laundry wash and dry of our cycling clothes was a big bonus!

That final accent to the property was a bit of a challenge on a hot day, but it was worth it.

3 star, nothing more, we where happy.

We arrived very late, but the hotel was very helpful and re-assured us that the room would still be available. Everyone was super friendly, check-in procedure was easy, parking was easy to find next to the hotel. It's not the fanciest room, but you don't pay for a fancy room either, but you do get attention of people who care about you and who make the most of what they have. I'd definitely come back.

Breakfast is served in portions. You can ask for more, but personally I prefer a buffet. It's no deal breaker and I understand it helps them to offer better food with less waste - so it's not actually a negative maybe.

The rooms are dated but this does not detract from a very clean room and a good nights sleep

10 +++ / A+++ stay. Check-in woman with quick and smooth check-in. Parking directly out front. Great heat and hot water. Very nice staff. Beautiful view from the balcony. Elevator. Nice size big room. WiFi was a little on/off? Small wonderful village a few block away. Very nice village and hotel.

Check in was excellent with a very nice lassie showing us to our room. We were told where to safely stow the motorbike too. our room was spacious with a balcony and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was facing the shaded area so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue for our September visit. We never used it but the pool area looked nice. The garden area with tables under the trees was lovely and we enjoyed using it. Its mere steps from everything in town and was the cheapest accommodation of our European tour. If you want decent but don't mind a bit basic, you get excellent value for money with this place

The toilet area smelt like a dentists!! There was loads of space, the room could so easily accomodate a kettle etc. And duvets instead of old fashioned blankets would be lovely. The shower head over the bath was at the wrong end where there was no shower curtain. In the morning after breakfast we went for a walk as we didn't need to check out until later and someone entered our room and took all the towels away!!!!! I was a bit upset as we'd left all our valuables out and it made me a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit laughable. The tables were not set properly. We had to get cereal from someone elses table. We had no spoons, and then realised we had no milk, so we had to ask for those. Half the fruit looked past its best. The teapot and coffee pots came with saucers on top instead of lids which was a bit bizarre...did someone lose them?? It was an ok breakfast but not as good as I expected. It bugged me that this place has so much potential but just needs a shake up!

Helpful reception staff, comfortable room with pleasant garden view. Quiet neighbourhood. Town very accessible from hotel. Receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal and reserved it for us. It was 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
