- Poor welcome! Not at all clear where to check in. Eventually made contact and we seemed to be causing a nuisance to them! Very disappointing. Only 1 chair on balcony…requested another but didn’t respondSafe provided but not secured?!?! Didn’t use!Shower plug blocked….reported to cleaning staff who attempted to clear. However, sewer smell continued throughout the day/night! Affected our sleep. Patio doors had to be left open. Ensuite sliding door would not stay closed!!! Not ideal. Wifi failed before the end of our second evening! Never came back on!
