Location, friendly staff and clean

Great location with view of the castle. Nice balcony with the sea view room. Comfortable bed. Excellent friendly staff.

It was a bit cold in the reception area with the door and large windows open (to attract passing customers to the food offerings) but the weather was unusually cold, too.

Location is fantastic- views from the balcony were amazing

Breakfast options were standard Spanish options… no eggs of any kind

Location, staff and restaurant as well as cleanliness were very good, but the two single beds pushed together were the most uncomfortable ever, and for sure not a king size bed as advertised.

Get comfortable and actual king size beds....

Friendly staff, good location for visiting fort. Lovely view from our room.

Cleanliness not great. Mouldy shower curtain, hairs in bidet.Quite expensive for what it was and aircon was very rattly.

This was our first stop after a long trip from Miami to Barcelona and then we picked up a car and drove to Peniscola, our first destination. We were really tired and off schedule...they accommodated our early check-in and we were grateful. The location was wonderful and the staff was great. Having a restaurant and bar was great especially when the weather got a bit rough. The hotel is right across from the beach and our room had a balcony and the view was incredible. We were delighted with our two night stay and felt refreshed and ready to continue our journey.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the bedrooms are big and spacious.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows very poor quality.

The location and staff are wonderful. Faultless. Ease of parking opposite underground.

Great location on the sea front, we got z balcony room and it was worth the slight cost more. Staff were really friendly for the most part. The room was. Good size and the shower was good too. Paid parking a couple of minutes walk away.

Couldn't turn the balcony light off on the evening.

Amazing location. Really lovely staff. Monica at reception was awesome. Lovely rooms with sea and old town views. Good bathroom and comfy bed. Perfecto and value for money was crazy good.

This is a gem of a place. The owners have created a beautiful hamlet which can accommodate large groups in two properties. The attention to detail is superb and the location in a small hamlet is quiet and restful while just a ten to fifteen minute drive to the citadel.

Amazing location ( beachfront). Beautiful view of the Castle within walking distance. Great bar downstairs with friendly staff. Spacious & spotless rooms. Wish we stayed longer.

Great location, the beach just across the road and bars, shops and restaurants just round the corner. A short walk to the castle which is stunning.All of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Parking in peak season is a challenge. There is lots of on street parking which is not too expensive but can be a short walk away from the hotel.The bed pillows weren’t great and we could have done with a couple more.

Just perfect. Staff, location right on the beach. Balcony overlooking the sea. Got to be one of the best hotels around. Great value for money too.

Location was perfect , the hotel and bar staff are very friendly. We had a back street view . The bar and restaurant prices are value for money.

property is great but next time I’d request a room on floors 2 or 3 as with floor 1 your level with the top of the bar roof

The location, but the we stayed at the back. Which is noisy. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very basic. Not a nice place to be as it lacks coziness. White lights, no painting, nothing to put away your suitcase, TV too small, and internet speed is way to slow to even watch something. Hotel looked one from the 80s.
