Location

The location was perfect. Even the rooms on the side had a beautiful view. The cafe out front was tasteful and the staff excellent!

I loved it all.

Beach front, safe hotel parking for motorbike. Very good self service food.Was there for the Moors and Christian Festival. Best I've every seen in Spain. Front facing rooms a must on this annual event.

Prefer waiter service for evening meal

The location is perfect, close to the castle and beach is across the street. We had the breakfast and lunch; wide variety and fresh food. The rooms are very clean and modern. I was lucky to park my car in the hotle’s car park area, but if you are arriving in a tall vehicle, better to confirm in advance as the car park across the street has 1,9 meters maximum height. So, car park is good too, if you can have one confirmed in advance. The staff is all helpfull and very kind, the housekeeping can be a bit more understanding about creating excess noise in the mornings.

Our room was really very small, as I had a last minute deal, can’t complain a lot, but it was very small for the price.

Convenient to beach and town. Modern and clean. Get a front facing room on the sea to be treated to a great view of people and scenery. Bike rental next door.

Location, staff, quality of the building,facilities etc

No access to roof terrace, toilet in bedroom, AC struggled to cool the room and odd we couldn’t view spa facilities before deciding if we wanted to book

Paying for sea view and getting a backyard of a restaurant with all the smells of the kitchen. Explanation: booking doesn’t have sea view roos at their disposition, only the side of the building. It is a spa hotel, but for the spa whey charge extra for each person, including a kid. Capacity of the spa 4 ppl, which is not mentioned anywhere.

Nice and clean hotel, very close to the sea. Breakfast was ok, dinner good. Would be better if they would provide all the standard 4* amenities in the room, they had no shaving kits, no sleepers and also no coffee and tea in the room. Please consider having at least a kettle! The proximity to the sea and the cleaning were the most appreciated by us! Music at the bar was loud upto 12 am!

Great location, nice building. Clean everywhere. All staff were professional and friendly. Food was excellent. Breakfast and dinner. Didnt try lunch, likely good too. Room was well laid out. Beds and pillows were good.

Toilette part of shower area, glass doesnt go to the ceiling so open sound etc.. to the rest of the room. Low flow remote fan doesnt do its job well for showering steam etc...Tv channels didnt work but they had a networking guy there the day we showed up. Not a big deal, many better things to do besides TV on holidays.

The whole Hotel was extremely clean and everything in an as new condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bad weather but the Hotel was lovely and warm throughout.

The only downside was that vegetables at the evening meal needed re heating as they were cold some nights (this was probably due to the fact that it wasn't busy at these times so therefore were standing longer). A proper heated stand would rectify this instead of just having the overhead heat lights which weren't keeping the food warm.

Lovely room and very attentive staff. Meals were buffet style with a wide though simple selection.It was useful that on-street parking was free at the time of year we visited.

The bathroom arrangement may not suit all couples, using frosted glass partitions.Would have liked hand soap rather than the little bottle of shower gel for the sink.

The location was excellent. right next to the sea. The room was lovely with a beautiful side view of the sea and the castle.The food was ok but not quite enough selection especiall in the evening-

The details of the hotel show "Parking" but there is no parking on the premises. We were told in Reception that we could park for free on the road. In fact there was no space on the road and we ended up using an undergorund Parking. The next morning I left the car park (at a cost of 27 euros) and found a space further down the road for free.

Probably the best hotel in Peñíscola. Great location, clean and stylish environment with good service. Breakfast was really good with great quality.

The hairdryer was not powerful enough, the noise from the hotel next door. Even with closed patio door I could hear the music on like we were in the middle of the party. While I understand that it's not your fault, it would worth asking the other venue to keep their doors shut to minimise the disturbance of your residence.

Love the location, the service (we didn't like the first room presented to us (too small) and they were able to accommodate us, breakfast was delicious, fantastic view from the rooftop bar.

Access to parking could have been explained prior to our arrival. Not much privacy between the bathroom and the room itself and the bathroom functionality was ackward.

The hotel is new, built with quality matetials, minimalist style and very good locate , in the heart of Peniscola , with an very impresive view, just to the Peniscola Castle.

A litlle bit crowded between other proprerties.

The room was huge!

The price is too high and the personnel is not proactively sharing information about the spa for instance. We had to ask.

The hotel is new, very well located and the food has a good quality- price (lunch included Paellas)
