    Pros +

    • The good welcome at the reception.Good comfortable room.
    • Rooms were clean and the property had parking with electric vehicle charging
    • Very good value. We had a privilege suite and it was wonderful. Walk into a full dining table and chairs, then onto a lounge area with sofa and tv with desk leading onto a balcony with furniture. Dressing area with wardrobes. Bathroom with full bath, separate shower and separate toilet and bidet. Bedroom with lovely proper sturdy wooden matching furniture. Our twin beds were two full sized doubles. Sparkling wine and chocs left on dining table. And bath robes and slippers. Towels galore. Bed turn down service and evening towel change. Choice of dining options. Food great. Several bars and dining options although not all were open when we were there in April (but after Easter so should be in full swing) Easy to find. Secure good sized bays underground parking. Fenced open parking across the road. Staff really pleasant and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Very uncomfortable sun beds!
    • Well, we arrived at 7pm. And could not done anywhere... We had to buy crisps and drinks at the disco bar near the reception..To park our vehicle I had to walk back 15 minutes to the hotel.... And I was charged an extra 18 euros for the night parking at the machine..
    • Pool didn’t have towels around which is a norm in hotels having outdoor pools & multiple floors. Food quality, service & options were limited

Opted for buffet dining in the evening- it was bedlam!

Well located, size of the room

Some people from the staff were not really friendly at the 4 start hotel level. They may not had enough personnel.

    7MichelePosted on: 4-16-2025

    * Suite is nice and spatious * Position facing the beach promenade and swimming pool

    * Disappointing breakfast, food is low quality and certainly not 4 stars level * Dinner buffet not nice at all, but luckily we got upgraded to the Mediterranean restaurant a la carte which was great * Gym use 5 euros per hour??? Crazy for a 4 star hotel * After checkout 12 o clock you can't use the facilities any longer... which is rather disappointing

We stayed for one night on our way to Barcelona. Good value for money. Comfortable beds, and the rooms are quiet.

The renovation doesn't interfere with the hotel. However, the hotel is overcrowded even in the off-season. Parking is expensive and not included in the price. Breakfasts are very disappointing — mostly greasy food like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages

Large room very clean and nice bathroom. Spacious hotel with beautiful pool. Reasonable prices for drinks and very good service. Very spanish orientated and lovely atmosphere.

Buffet was chaotic having to wait to get in. They operate a sitting system either early or late. No information provided about booking other restaurants which appeared to have to be done at 11 am in the morning. Supposed to be on the app but no opening times. Sandwich at the beach and pool bar very basic and €5. Otherwise drinks prices ok.

We booked a superior suite on a half board basis and were amazed at the lovely accommodation. Also it was a very nice surprise to find a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolates on our arrival. We will certainly stay here again!

The actual address of the Hotel is not very helpful when arriving by car as it brings you to the wrong side of the property. Perhaps the hotel could give the address for the other side?

The suite was lovely, very spacious with a mini fridge and a small balcony, with side sea views. The spa was large and not over crowded. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The swimming pool looked good (but unfortunately it was closed as our visit was out of season).

We had up graded to all inclusive but we may have been better eating out. The food in the buffet was passable. There were two themed restaurants open. The French/seafood restaurant was nice but the Italy wasn’t very good.

Amazing facilities. Large hotel and bustling even in December. Great location facing the sea. Nice rooms with large bathrooms with bath and shower making it perfect for families.

Lack of food options when you arrive in the evening. The only option was a sit down restaurant and at 32€ per head it seemed very expensive when we just needed something simple for our tired 3 year old. Even the reception team said it was expensive and recommended we give it a miss. However there was NOTHING else nearby that was open. Had to drive to the nearest McDonalds which was not pleasant. We used this hotel as a stop over point on our way to Port Adventura and for that purpose it was ideal. The underground parking garage is very tight and 13€ per night.

Comfortable and excellent bathroom installations with a magnifying mirror.

The towels were rough and old and it only had 1 pillow per bed.

    6ColinPosted on: 12-15-2024

Lovely suite with side seaviews enjoying a big bedroom with a separate living room. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast

Food for dinner was average with same food options served on most days. On street parking was non existent with the only option being to park car in underground car park at EUR 13 daily. Cost to use the indoor pool was EUR 17 per session. Sheets never changed during 6 day stay - left note on the fourth day to have them changed but on that day, the room was not done up at all. Even though we booked half board, we were not allowed to buy a large bottle of water but had to buy two small ones

Rooms are big, as well as bathrooms. There is a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pools and the sea in the background. Wifi was efficient, good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The underground garage (€ 13 per night) is really conceived for a much smaller average size of cars. With cars in circulation nowadays, the entrance (horrible) and the lanes are definitely too narrow, as well as the parking lots. A lot of attention in maneuvering is needed in order to avoid damages to yours and to other cars. As a cherry on the top of the cake, after checking out and after having returned the room cards, I went down to recover my car, I approached the exit and I discovered just at that moment that the card was still needed to exit the garage, no automatic opening, neither a bell to ring to call the reception!!!!!!! I was blocked inside the garage, with my car in the middle of the lane. Just by a lucky coincidence, while I was deciding to go once again upstairs (furious) to ask the reception to open the bloody gate, another customer had to go out so I went out closely following his car. Absurd.

    Location and decor

The staff was rude, specially the waitresses in buffet Benicarló/Vinaros. I was told there was 2 buffets available. The dining room connects and no one told me the difference so I went in Benicarló. The waitress came running to check what suite I was in/food plan(?) and bluntly said “you’re in Vinaros, use the other entrance” while already in the room. Let me walk to that section as if doing me a favor. I also saw them turn guests away that arrived at 10:15 of the 9:30 to 10:30 window while food was still available/out. The receptionist made a remark about how eager he was to leave for the night, but did make a good restaurant recommendation close to Benicarló.

    6AndrewPosted on: 12-8-2024

    Nice room

The breakfast was not good, like an industrial scale service and the options were cheap and poor quality food and coffee

    8ПикулинаPosted on: 11-21-2024

    Todo bien

I had birthday there, mo special attention, no congratulations, nothing happened, its a pity. Other hotel usually take care about it.

    8PerinePosted on: 11-3-2024

We had a great deal to stay there for a night. The weather was crap because of the big storm over the country so we couldn't really enjoy the facilities but for our needs the room was nice and comfortable. We paid 13€ for a parking spot in the garage and could charge our car for 0.3€/ kWh, which was appreciated.Breakfast included was average but again we stayed for one night only so for us it was good enough. There are a few amenities available for kids. The hotel is right by the beach.

The location. You need to take the car wherever you go as there is nothing around. Sure you can stay there on full board but the buffet restaurant is not so pleasant (set-up, atmosphere) and the food is really average.
