The location, the cleanness

Will prefer some offer of authentic ibérico or Serrano ham in the breakfast buffet.

The bed and pillows were the best. Had a fantastic sleep. Staff were very helpful. Place was spotless.

Hotel renovated three years ago, very nice and located 500 meters from the center in front of the large beach.

I would improve, since it has the half-board formula, the quality of the food for dinner!Breakfast ok.

Light systems was complicated, way too bright…as rooms are all white…no night light in the bathroom.No tea/coffee in the room and breakfast starts at 08:30…bit late for us !

Almost in the centre, but not noisy place. We had a balcony with a nice view to Peniscola - really stunning in the evening. Breakfast is nice - not the widest choice, but was perfectly enough, as well as fresh and tasty, including fruits.

we found the room quite unconfortable, there was’t space to put our luggages, no bin. it was very essential and our balcony had a very bad view.for the price we spent we would not recommend it

Location, personal, restaurant

The interior design and esthetics of the hotel were lovely and the bathrooms and showers were very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the beach across the street and restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk, and the old town within 5 minutes walk.

There were a number of points that were not bad, but certainly felt disappointing. First, we had opted for a place that was soundproof. While we did not hear any street noise, the noise from inside the hotel felt as if there were no walls at all. Beyond crying babies and conversations, even whispers from what I imagine other rooms were audible. The view was disappointing as it looked onto the hotel next door a few meters away. If we craned our necks outside we could see the sea. We asked if another room was available and they offered a smaller room with a smaller bed for a substantially higher price. The staff was polite and accomadating, but consistently felt flustered. There were evidently computer problems the day we checked in but there was a general sense of the staff being somewhat unsure how to solve problems. We had reserved a room with a double bed and were instead given a room with two singles pushed together and during the night I fell into the gap between them since the beds were quite mobile on the floor.

Spotless! Big room, and nice view on sea. Very hospitable staff. Bath tub had jacuzzi type bubbles!

The bathroom door has a space around it, that kind of prevents the bathroom to feel like a separate room.The smoke alarms have a bit aggressive blinking light. I had to put a pillow on my face to prevent that blinking from disturbing my sleep.

On the sea front. Balcony with view of the castle and the sea. Easy walk into the town with loads of restaurants. We managed to park outside and with help from the receptionist sorted out the parking machine. We didn't want the full buffet breakfast so just had coffee and a lovely croissant

The room wasn’t great. and certainly not a 4*. There was no dustbin, only a small one in the bathroom, few toiletries, only one chair, no guest info. The bed was big and comfy though.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was attentive, polite and extremely helpful. It was a fantastic stay and a terrific hotel.

The hotel is across the street from the beach. Super nice location. Very very clean and all new. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere overall and they are ready to help you with whatever. I thought that staying only for one night won't matter that much, but we will for sure return here for a longer stay.

Difficult to get parking spaces

it was a lovely property, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. all staff I spoke with we’re really friendly. would defo like to go back in the summer

Super clean.(.almost clinical.) Superb location. No problem with street parking.

The bathroom was cold because the heating system didn't seem to exist there.The room could be improved by having at least one easy chair. There were no paintings or mirrors on walls which would soften the sterility of the room.
