Hotel Herasu

You have to take into consideration the kind of hotel it is to properly assess and rate it.It's a 1 star hotel and as such it was great and cheap, very close to everything.

It was very clean the shower worked well. It was nice to have a fridge.

It was cold and there didn’t seem to be any heat.

Near to center and the little beach.

The location should be on the edge of the town, beside the main road, which is quite convenient. There is a private parking lot and it's free of charge.

The hotel is indeed very basic, but it's fine for an overnight stay.

Simple, unfussy, clean accomodatoon at a good price. On site parking was available.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to attractions while remaining tucked away on a peaceful street with parking behind the hotel. It was easy to reach by car. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Staffs are kind.Big wardrobe can hang on a lot clothes.Location is not bad, easy to go for both sides of beaches, and next to the big supermarket.Have balcony, nice.

Close walk to the old town and castle.Ability to park behind the hotel .Close to the beach.Everywhere was very clean.Bakery close by for good coffee and pastries for breakfast.Owner and son very friendly and helpful with restaurant information.Supermarket next door.

The bed mattresses are very softSo not good if you suffer with a bad back.

we booked for 1 night but due to last minute change of plan, we did not stay.Instead just to use the room for shower, this is a very basic room

Bathroom was clean, so that's one good thing.

I booked this hotel particularly because it supposed to have parking, but did not have one. I asked for one double bed, got room with two singles. Balcony was not locking, wasn't feeling safe.You could hear guest from other rooms breathing. Isolation so bad, was hard to fall asleep.

Wrong internet log in details at reception, when asking the next morning I was to it was not correct and I should hve asked...Difficult if no one mans reception all night.

Very clean, simple but adequate. Very good value.

Wifi was available but so slow it never connected at all..a big problem.No where to even get a drink and no kettle or coffee machine despite no restaurant from sept to June.

It is an old Spanish hotel but meets all the requirements with respect to value for money. Clean bedding and a modern bathroom. The shower water pressure was so good I had to turn it down, nice and hot too. Shower gel and shampoo was supplied and good quality too.We had a room at the back with one of the small patio/balcony but it was sufficient for two people with a table and chairs. A plus point as it got the afternoon sun. A 10 minute walk to the sea.

The shower hose had a lot of mildew on it and could be easily cleaned with a spray bleach.

I was very happy with the hotel. Comfortable and location perfect. Staff super friendly. Good value for the money.

The room was a bit old-fashioned but had everything I needed, even a balcony. The location is convenient. The owner of the hotel was very helpful.

The reception was mostly empty, so when I had an issue I had to leave a note or call. (Unfortunately they don't speak English)
