Room decent/good size, simple but well presneted and clean, well mantained

The only think I did not like was wifi, did not work for me

Missing mini refrigerator in the room. Somebody was smoking in their room, I think, and the smell was in the whole floor

Super clean, super comfortable bed and pillow for me. Nice and helpful staff.

I couldn’t find their parking for 15 minutes.

Waste of money is this stay.

There was a dirty underwear in my locker when i checked in probably from the guest before, so room was obviously not cleaned well and when i wanted to change my room they didnt change it… I paid 200 euros per night and this is not what i deserve!

Location, morning breakfast, staff friendliness

hard matress and very noisy room, especially at night, you can hear people talking from the rooms next to you, you hear the water flows, the lift, the doors and people opening windows

The price was reasonable. The room was quite big and the space was quite enough for two people.

Breakfast did not worth the money at all. The location was very bad. It takes almost 30 minutes walk to get to the train station. And another 30 minutes to get to Barcelona center. Some important facilities such as safe box and kettles are missing. And, there were many ants in the room.

Rooms smelled smokey (cigarette). Very noisy guests and rooms are not sound-proof. Needs a serious upgrade!! All TV channels were in Spanish. Hallways smelled like smoke.

Some tea/coffee facility and fridge would be nice. But wasn’t a big problem. The hotel has good prices for drinks.

GEMMA, LAIA & MARTHA MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. I felt very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from.

You can hear everything from the room next to yours if they are connected by a closed door.

Very basic: a room with a clean and comfortable bed.

Lousy noise insulation: people talking in the hallway was disturbing. Temperature in the room was too high and due to winter season aircon was turned off. Opening the window brought many mosquitos into the room.

Clean, big room, comfortable bad, friendly stuff, it’s easy and fast to get to Barcelona in the morning by train for 3 euro, but in the evening it’s quite hard

Air conditioning wasn't working and the room was hot, but it is on a noisy road so we couldn't really open a window

I liked the buffet breakfast. Single room was clean & spacious, bed comfortable. Staff polite enough & can speak English

I thought the room was a bit overpriced. Little bottles of hand gel to wash & shower.

Location

It took more than 45 minutes to do a check in, the parking had not direct entrance to the hotel and the staff did not tell us so we had to take the luggage from the parking around the street to the hotel. You can hear everything at night when other guests arrive. The bathrooms need a bit more care. No gel included.

Price was a bit inflated for a 3 Star - assumed due to the F1 Grand Prix, but it is what it is.
