Big beds, clean room, nice staff, free parking, good price/value.

The hot water didn't work 1 day out of 4. The shower had only a fixed head. There was no brush to clean the toilet. The highway nearby was too noisy when you opened the window. The fridge had no freezer.

Breakfast had no spice. Too bland. Too expensive. Bacon was too raw. It was like they just set it on the stove for a few minutes. Eggs too hard. Dry.Meet and greet person at podium, too rude. Made it feel like we were stealing.NO wash cloths (face) only had towels. No shower wall to keep water from hitting the floor. Only had a half wall.Was mold and mildew where water would hit floor and around the bathroom door facing. Room was too expensive.

I was misled by some of the photos, which were taken professionally and looked much better than the reality. The hotel was below expectations, and I will not repeat the experience. It’s also far from all the malls and important services

Clean and very good price. The bed extra large and it was confortable. The staff very nice and helpful.

Good thing I am not traveling with family.

WiFi did not work during my stay and no Hotwater either and really hard to find parking.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, most importantly dedicated parking underground for hotel guests round the clock. Every day room service who make the rooms sparkling clean daily - can’t find anywhere else.

Central air conditioning wasn’t doing as good as it should be but it was a lot comfortable in the room when outside was 45 degree centigrade. Also not all lifts work in the hotel at all times but thanks to the staff who allowed guests to use staff lifts

This place is an absolute disaster. I have been traveling through whole Europe, and this “hotel” is the most dirty and disappointing place I have ever stepped my legs. Everything was dirty, there was no warm water and the aircondition was sounding like an old car starting. It was so terrible that I went to speak with the manager. I got a new room, which was kind.. I guess - The only problem was,that I was exactly the same:) The staff came down to see the room, because I told them that this was not what you see in pictures and descriptions. They agreed, but said they couldn’t do anything, because that is how the whole hotel was. Do not go here!!! You will regret everything about it, even if you think you “just need at place to stay for sleep” except if you are a type that don’t want to shower and love to sleep with an aircondition that sound like you are sleeping in the side of an highway.

The price not worth the inconvenience

“Sanitized room” when Bathroom is infested with cockroach coming from ceiling every night. Car park is always full and never available that takes almost an hour driving around the city fighting for a spot.

The location is very good, near the highway.

The hotel needs a complete renovation; the room had a suffocating cigarette smell.

The self check in machines are behind a locked door that requires card!! Amazing thinking!!! We couldn't check in if people were not comming outYou need the room card to check in, what is this?!!!The self check in machine was giving an error and we had to wait half ans hour for the staff to fix our check in!!!The air-conditioned did not work and blew cold wind all the night and made us sick and ruined the whole trip!

Price was reasonable

Affter booking we tried to reach property twice to know approaching transportation way to hotel but no response received ever.Also no bdy will tell you late night arrival gate open system ( how to Enter inside hotel)

Self check in went smoothly, room was tidy, clean and spacious. Close to supermarkets and eateries and public transport. Takes about an hour to get into Barcelona city center. Suburb was very calm and pleasant.

The halls and bedroom smelt of smoke. Because the zone is in zone 2, be prepared to pay a bit more for public transport. Could do with a kettle.

Large, comfortable room with air conditioning. Free, safe parking in the underground garage.

No personal contact. Book in on a machine and when you don’t have the required references you have to phone up. Not a great problem and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful, just strange to have no reception. No meals possible at the hotel, but there are places local.
