Riu Nere Mountain Hotel

Location in the middle of everything, excellent.Good, varied breakfast.Underground, covered, secured garage. 12€ l/day for cars, free for motos (yupee, yee!). At some 200m away from hotel. You can stop in front, unload, then take the vehicle to the garage.Room of decent size. Beds good. A/C available, altbeit old, it does the job. However, even with the horrendous 'ola de calor' that hit Spain this year, nights in Vielha are cool enough not to need it. But it is reassuringly there should you need it.The staff is extremely nice and accomodating. They do take the experience to another level.

Not sure if all rooms are similar, but mine was old and tired, quite unlike the common areas of the hotel which look pretty up to date. It did not fault in anything but it just looked and smelled like early '90s.

Surrounded by numerous restaurants and tapas bars it’s the right place to be in city center of Vielha.

Nice decorated hotel with mountain vibe. Clean and spacious room. Nice staff.

Room was hot due to heating. Even when turning it off. Room had a bar/discotheque in front which made it impossible to sleep due to the noice of the people outside smoking.

Walls between rooms could be a bit thicker, or better insulated, as we could easily hear other guests. Club to the rear rather noisy when emptying out.

All good for big room, missing some view from windows, basically it's just wall. But rest is good.

Quietly situated, though a little dated in decor, clean with stacks of hot water. Great breakfast.

Decent sized single room, clean and comfortable. Loveley view from the rooms balcony. Perfect location, in the middle of Vielha. Great value for the price. Staff were nice and the breakfast was good with a wide choice.

Unbeatable location. Picturesque, central to everything, yet surprisingly quiet.

Would have appreciated a double bed rather than twin beds. We found the dinner, included in the room to be very heavy.

A very nice hotel with a superb location, excellent staff and a good breakfast. The hotel has a good vibe and we would stay here again. The room was adequate in size with small balconies.

Our room was towards an alley that had a bar so it was quite noise during the party evenings/nights. Room doors were also shutting loudly as there are no gaskets inside the door frames.

We liked the coffee in reception. We liked the location as it was central and very convenient.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Lifts were really tight and small.

Parking is 200m away in a public carpark. Not horrendous but worth noting. You can drop luggage off outside the hotel though.

Nice mountain hotel at a good location in Vielha. Spacious rooms with a big closet and enough room to put your suitcase.

The noise! My room (403) and many others were situated right above a nightclub. Since I stayed during the weekend there was a ridiculous amount of noise from screaming and fighting drunk people. Also, the shower was cold the first night (but nice and warm the next morning) and at checkin I missed getting some info about breakfast, wifi, etc...

Location/position, the facilities and overall the hotel stile.

the streets around the hotel are noisy (a lot of restaurants and pubs). In particular the first night there were people having party in the street until 03.00 am. Any case the second night were very calm and without particularly noise

Best location possible in Vielha surrounded by tasty Tapas bars.Underground parking at 12 euro additional cost(5-7min walk)Nice reception and lobby ambiance.
