Pool is very cold, not possible to get in. No english, nobody understands you.Spa not working, was broken

Amazing hotel , warm stuff, wonderful service, room are comfortable and clean. We liked it a lot. Breakfast is good too.

We would prefer in breakfast also green salad too. But it's ok.

Food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for the 3 course meal. Elizabeth(?) in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Sauna wasn't working during our stay.

Very nice and cosy room with beautiful view of mountains and horses just outside your window.

It was warm and surprisingly clean

Sound isolation is non existent, not so much from the road, but from the neighbors in other rooms. it is like they are in the room with you.Our room was very dark with a small windowThe smell in the bathroom was horrific and it was really hard to enter the room before you get used to the smell. Very old bathroom, the door to which couldn’t be closed.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The included dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent.

It was a little noisy with corridor traffic, doors slamming, etc.

Breakfast was quite decent and full.The area around the hotel is nice and green

I felt the 150 euros for a solo traveler for a room where you constantly hear traffic noise was not worth it. Please make sure to ask for a room that is NOT roadside.Especially in summer, there's no air-conditioning, so you need to open the window and you hear the traffic.I feel this should be clearer in the room selection. For the same price, you can get a room roadside or a room on the quiet side... Doesn't seem quite right.

The ladies at the reception were very friendly & helpful!

The dinner seemed ok, but my wife got sick at night & did not digest some of the food. (without being 100% sure it was the food)

A lovely location near a small, picturesque town within a 5 minute walk and beautiful hilly walks with mountain views. The staff are very nice, friendly and speak English very well. The room is clean and comfortable, with a bath-tub equipped bathroom and a balcony with a mountain view. The building exudes a rustic charm of a mountain skiing lodge.Breakfast is great, with a big choice of cold meats, cheeses, Spanish tortillas, eggs, omelettes, baked goods, fruit, cereals, milk and coffee, all served in a charming dining room. The place is dog-friendly.

Lovely clean hotel in a beautiful setting. Spacious rooms, great bathroom. Garage which is great for motorcycles. Lovely staff

Comfortable and well equipped rooms

4 of us on a motorbike tour, after 10 hours riding in the rain, we booked for location, parking and mainly the restaurant. Only to arrive and the restaurant closed to non half Board guests. Needless to say another hour to find food was not welcomed.

Swimming pool, nice room, excellent breakfast.

We stopped on the way, enjoyed swimming pool after long drive. Easy to access and park the car.

Beds in the family room , only one double bed was comfortable but additional beds were rubbish , the additional beds were made with blankets and sheets only so not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel

In general everything was perfect, good bathroom, nice room, free parking, tasty breakfast and dinner, free bottles of water. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had no swimsuits so couldn't check their pool, but in overall great stay, very comfortable.

The only thing I can mention is that the hotel is close to the road. We didn't hear any traffic noise though, the windows are soundproof, but the surrounding area is a motorway by one side and a field by another. So when you see the photos it is like a tiny cosy village but in fact there are just some buildings and no promenade for an evening walk.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast very good. Facilities exceeded our expectations. Value for money!!We went with 2 children and we felt very confortable. They said it should have 5 stars ?
