Location was great, central to Vielha and easy journey to the ski slopes. Room was excellent, very clean, comfy bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice. Underground car park is an extra charge but very useful.

The staff was extremely nice and provided immediate access to parking before check-in. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is also well located, close to central shops and services. Vielha is a beautiful city, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, breakfast was included, in walking distance from everything in town. Close to the Supermercado. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Location and the staff, particularly the owner were amazing.

Breakfast, particularly coffee, could've been better though I appreciated the variety of local salami and cheeses; the room was way too hot during the night so we couldn't actually sleep that well.

Staff was super kind, they tried their best to accomodate us and to fit our van in the parking. Room was warm and comfy.

It’s a little dated, has no food other than breakfast and they have a bar but it’s not well stocked and is run by reception.

Love, that the residence is away from the Main Street. No major noise at night. Very nice breakfast and to me, the parking garage is a big +.

Excellent family run hotel in the centre of the village, secure underground parking, there was a great choice at the buffet breakfast, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk.

Large room. Large comfortable bed. Super shower and bath. Great location few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the river. Very good breakfast. Car parking in underground garage for E10. Staff were very helpful and professional both at front desk and in the dining room.

Nice room with a big bed and clean bathroom. Secure parking.

Although bed was big the mattress was memory foam one which sunk after few hours in bed so wasn’t easy to turn over.

We had an amazing stay, we booked Junior Suite with Mountain View and the room was very spacious, the shower had a good pressure and never ran out of hot water, there is a closet for your clothes and a comfy sofa to chill. The buffet breakfast was rich every morning with lots of varieties, perfect start of the day before skiing. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone who is going to ski and wants to enjoy a cozy village with plenty of restaurants, there is also Mercadona 2min walk and you reach Baqueira within 30min (even with the traffic - without traffic it's really fast, some 12min). The staff is amazing, very polite and professional. We will return next year!

Breakfast is a small buffet, but it has all you need to prep for a day of skiing. The rooms were clean and warn and bathrooms clean. The facilities overall correspond to the 3 star rating and the price.
