Okayish. Must have been amazing 20 years ago. Pool was not working. Sauna was not working. Room was old. Staff were okayish. The breakfast was amazing though:)

Breakfast

The light switches in our room didn't allow us to have any reading lights on. There was only one switch at the door, and it turned everything off with no possibility of keeping any other lights on!

We dont had comfortable experience at your hotel we made request for couple bed but they give us indvidual bed they ignored our request We have payed all expensive amount but we reached late they did not acomodate us for food kitchen was closed room was dirty moreover shower of bath were leaking and our room was wet due to entrance of water from bathroom we are regular customer of booking .com but this time we had bad exprience .

I like the old buildings andhardwood.

Great location. Good pool. Big rooms, but very shabby. Bathrooms were big and nice. Breakfast too expensive.

No air conditioning and rooms were noisy with the windows open because it’s on the main road.

Lack of air conditioning in room, breakfast staff - staff more worried about getting signature on chit than rather providing coffee or making sure table was set correctly.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. It was clean and tidy.

Usual Paradores are exceptional but this one didnt meet my expectations. No WiFi due to a storm, no aircon as the hotel doesnt have we were told. The breakfast staff were overwelmed by the number of guest. Just 2 to serve the whole room. The staff were very helpful but you need more than two or 1 as it was on our last day.Some of the parking was fenced off for other guest making it diffuclt to pass

Its a large spacious hotel with private secure parking.

For the cost was hoping for a decent bathroom with a walk in shower rather than a tired bath and over shower. If you wanted a drink from the bar we often had to wait as there was nobody around.

I loved the omelettes in the morning. Especially the mushroom

Everything was fantastic but if i have to mention anything, the stairs to the top floor area has the last step on the way to move around the the room, hit it twice as i walked, but it'sore an anecdote more than a problem.

A nice hotel probably just inside the 4 star category but fine for our overnight stay. One of the very few places open in early November. Very easy to find and park. The breakfast was very good but not good value at 20 euros. Buffet style plus hot food served to order. Very good service.

The hotel and room over all are run down, old and decadent. There was a belonging of the previous guest in the room, cringe. I could hear the guest next door snoring, thin walls. The breakfast buffet expensive and mediocre. No parking space one evening when we came back from dinner…

Our guests were very happy, quiet and perfect location, stunning view, fantastic service and restaurant.safe Garage. everything perfect.We very offen use this Parador for our motorbike trips.

Expected high quality for the price We were very disappointed

Very large and well equipped room. Reception ladies are very friendly and helpful. Relaxing pool area with tower building, very nice. Moto bike in garage for free. Breakfast and dinner at very high quality.

Room was excellent, very cosy. Fantastic view from the room of the mountains too. Staff were pleasant. Location was lovely.

The pillows in the room were slightly too big. Would be nice to have a more normal sized one too. Breakfast was good, but the hot food could have been improved.

The parador lacked atmosphere! And does not offer transport to the Baqueira 1500 ski lift. This meant using the unreliable and infrequent bus service. Other resort hotels offer minibus service or the car but the car park was often too full and became Problem. This lets the parador down and we would not return because of it. The reception staff do no assist with ordering you taxis ( unlike most hotels) so with language issues this was difficult.
