having stayed across Austria, Bavaria, Italy and Switzerland in similar hotels for skiing, this was the first time I was ever asked to pay for use of the swimming pool or sauna as a guest. Being asked to pay €20 extra a day for 1hour use I think is a Liberty so declined .
Was great
It would have been good if they explained the meal service a little better. The first night we had the buffet but didn't know how it worked, if wine was included etc and ended up paying quite a high price for very little. The same at breakfast - no one explained the options so we went for the buffet only to hear another guest ask for a cooked breakfast on the last morning!
