Staff were friendly and helpful.

What century are we living in when something as basic as tea/coffee facilities are not provided. No kettle is in the room so you can't prepare flasks etc for many hours in the mountains. There is also no boiling water available from the kitchens. I bought a kettle so I could make hot drinks for my wife who spent the time there in bed with the flu. The management need to wake up. The pool and decor are outdated and need a revamp.

The location could not be better. Mid main street and 2 minutes walk to the telecabine to Superbagneres. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. Rooms are very good. Having parking in such a location is a bonus. I’ve been to Luchon three times and this hotel is the best I’ve stayed at.

pretty good hotel but a few things to improve

The room was uncomfortably hot, even in winter, with no option to turn off the heating.Sound insulation from the hallway was poor—we could hear other guests returning to their rooms.Additionally, there were no power outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient.

Great location, clean and decent size bedrooms. Literally across the road from the télécabine to the ski slopes.

The placement of this hotel in this city is perfect, everything is near. The hotel is friendly and nice, with a good breakfast.

It was a bit hard to find our room, but eventually we got there and it was much nicer than we expected.There was a bit of dust behind the couch, when we moved it to make our dinner nicer.

The swimming pool was not clean, there were some insects around.

Rooms were simple but comfortable, service was excellent - super nice staff, location is perfect - walking distance to everything. Price was very reasonable.

Room was good size and quiet,Air con was great as it was 32deg,Massive Underground car park behingda locked steel gate,Great for Motorcyclists.

Reception was patchy . Unconnected to n xt hotel where car was parked. Breakfast was awful .
