The apartment was perfect for us, a 5 minute walk into Luchon town with lots of bars shops and restaurants, and views of the mountains. Every member of staff are so helpful and kind, you cannot fault them. We had a couple of meals in the complex which was lovely, and the entertainment was great. We loved the pool, and what a view from the pool!.

Met all expectations. The photos in the hotel description were totally true! What a view through the valley to the mountains, the ski station above. Lovely town. The place made me feel totally detached. Very good

really poor sound insulation (noise from other apartments through ducts), centrally controlled heating (our room was boiling hot)
The location couldn't be better with the most glorious views of the mountains and only a 5 minute walk into town. The ability to order takeaway food from the bar was a bonus. The swimming pool was excellent and entertainment was available each evening.
A code is needed to get into the car park but this was not provided before arrival. The hairdryer provided smoked alarmimgly and there was a lack of basics such as soap in the bathroom. Due to some weird vents in the apartments, there was a lot of noise from neighbouring appartments including a birthday party that started at midnight and continued until 0230.
