Breakfast is breathtaking however, dinner time time is not up to breakfast service and quality

We paid for the water circuit and massage.Massage therapist 10/10Facilities for water circuit/ paid spa: Overpriced on another level. First of all, it never says that you will be paying for only one hour time. We were rushed to vacate the premises in a very unexpected aggressive way.Not all jets work. Spa maintenance needs improvement.Pool area is a 5/10. The pool is amazing but the water is not clear despite having a perfect temperature. Chairs are extremely old and rusty.

    Ease of access and location

Reception were nice in the evening. Very rude in the morning at check out. We were in a rush as breakfast is late at 7.30am. The receptionist did his best to delay us further. Incredible that hotels of this scale still take 20minutes for check out. Required a second scan of passport, another check in date of entry. Make you feel like we have an issue in being here. Incredible! Couldn’t get the card to work. Very frustrating unfortunately and it left a real bad feeling about the hotel.

    the breakfast is nice

This was hands down the most disgusting and mismanaged hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy—dirt everywhere, and shockingly, even blood on the towels. The noise inside the room made it impossible to sleep. The staff was beyond horrendous, with the head manager leading the charge in absolute incompetence and rudeness. After arriving late, we had to endure nearly an hour-long check-in—completely unacceptable. The key cards didn’t work, and instead of taking responsibility for their broken systems, the hotel staff shrugged it off.To make matters worse, I had to go back to reception twice, struggling to get our bags and access the room—all while holding a baby. Not a single apology, no assistance, just pure indifference. The manager didn’t even pretend to care, making it painfully clear that customer service is nonexistent here. This wasn’t just bad service—it was a despicable, infuriating experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Nice facilities

Food was too expensive for what you receive, not many options nor good ones. They have additional charges for everything. A room that is 400+ per night that has no minibar doesn’t make sense.

    A let down.

Out dated. Surprisingly poor interior design from restaurant to rooms. Food was average but expensive. A real let down. Thought it was going to be special.

Spacious room, variety of activities to do and very nice surrounding areas of the hotel. We really appreciate the kind gestures of the restaurant staff, that assisted us with our request for special meals that suited our diet requirement. Very commendable.

the room was gorgeous! super clean, super comfortable. The staff was welcoming and always available. The Spa area is nice and quiet. Breakfast was splendid

    Service is good.

Small property, the access around of the hotel is very limited, the reservation is not accessible because it's a private neighborhood. If you are planning to walk and enjoy nature it's not the place to go, if you want to stay at a hotel then it's ok.

Beautiful view and buildings. When we had issues, staff tried to help as best as they could.

We arrived and the third bed of the room wasnt ready. We had to be in the room waiting for the staff to prepare it. We had to ask for the extra robes and towels repeatedly so that they would bring them. Poor communication between the staff members. One of the two rooms were delivered 1:30hs later because the door wasnt working. This same room had a broken shower. Once they changed the room, we left some personal items there while moving moved the rest. When we returned the personal items were move by the staff to the “lost & found” box, and we could retrieve them the next day at 11AM. Not before (even though we needed them). Funny smells in the hallway. The bath tub in one room was broken, with marks. All this happened in just a one night stay.

    Good views

Bad service, inattentive staff, cold infinity pool, bad food at the restaurant (also very expensive), everything is old and needs maintenance

Beautiful place with a nice view of the surrounding area

Many things seemed like it had seen better days. Closet doors were worn and hard to open and close. Shower knob for the temperature was very difficult to adjust. Not just because of the peculiar design, but because it was loose and didn’t properly grip the gears inside, to actually make a difference in temperature. Fun room full of activities in the basement with games and bowling. This however did look very worn and old.I was surprised when I arrived to the big beautiful resort entrance that I was asked to drive my car to the basement myself. Something I’m used to the staff taking care of at previous five star hotels

    Calm and quite place

We got first the noisiest room in the hotel. Impossible to sleep and rest. We changed to another room on the following day but the door system was not working. I had to waist a lot of time asking for support and for maintenance to go. To worse part is that in Front desk they said that maintenance went and repaired it twice but still not working. The third time I asked for help (the door room was not working at all and could not be opened) Maintenance came and solved it. They confirmed to me it was the first time they went to that room. This is terrible for a hotel like Sofitel. The hotel did not compensate at all the terrible service and lots of time invested and bad sleep I had with my elder mother.

How it looked - the rooms were big however the fridge didn’t work and the bed was not properly made

The “take away” bar in the pool, the breakfast. It’s not worth the price

The surroundings, the restaurant, the view

The price / value ratio. Not enough space around the swimming pool for all guests. A lot of details in the room were sloppy (for the price). The room was a prestige suite. The AC in the bedroom area didn't work (outside temperature was about 32C)The keycard worked after 3 tries. The application to enable key on the phone required a PIN number which the staff couldn't tell what it was. I got a splinter in my finger from the wooden furniture. The restroom smelled like sewage when we checked in. Had to keep a window open permanently to minimize it. They left a punctured Nespresso capsule and the machine itself was hard to operate. It would squeeze the capsules but wouldn't open them (I am used to Nespresso machines). The water dispenser next to the gym was empty. When I let the staff know about it, they called someone to refill it, which I waited for 20 minutes (temperature was about 32C) and then I left to get water from somewhere elseIt doesn't seem there is enough indoor parking space for all guests.

Everything is stunning. The design, the service, the food!

They should answer the phone, the email faster, this did not affect my stay but I needed information before I travelled and I did not get it in time.

    Bad night at Sofitel?

Service at bar and restaurant were horrific on the night i was there. Getting service at these venues was a bad experience plus airport car ordered by hotel was 30 minutes late. Facilities and location very nice. They need to shake up customer service somehow. I did 100 nights in hotels last year and they had major problem that night.

    — The staff was very polite and attentive. — The food at Le Lac restaurant was great, especially the Patagonian fish. The breakfast (which was included) was also very good.— The room was spacious, tidy and had a nice pool view. And the bed was just perfect.

    — Spa pool was NOT included, which is weird either for 4* or 5* hotels. You have to pay like $30 per hour.— The food in lobby bar was a disappointment. The food is not even tasty and on Friday they even served us frozen empanadas and cold pasta. — After check-out we asked the reception guys to call us a taxi, and what arrived was a disaster. An old dirty Chevrolet Cobalt in a very poor condition to say the least. That’s not how the guest should leave a 5* hotel.
