Hotel Grand Cap Rooftop Pool

Super comfy beds, really nice shower facilities. Kids took advantage of the pool on the roof. We had a great evening and very nice night of sleep. Receptionist was very helpful.

Disappointing

Room pokey and shower not very clean. No hot water to be had. Bad smell, like cheapest perfume on entering room probably to cover up uncleanliness!

Very friendly and helpful staff - gave us a room even though we arrived at 11 am. Organised a taxi for us. Room fairly basic but comfortable and quiet

Log way from beach and town centre. Title implies thay are near Cap d'Agde, but it was nearly an hour's walk to the coast and similar into the historic centre. Not a problem at all if you have a car, but we were on foot

The separate rooms for the family room, the parking place. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old and has noticeable deterioration. The family room had 2 bedrooms which was good, but the closet / tables in the room were not very practical or spacious. The swimming pool area is also old and shows signs of deterioration, the reality does not match the pictures.

Very nice and accommodating staff. I just spent a night and I did not use all the hotel facilities, but the room was clean, convinient.

Spacious rooms with two double beds and one single bed. Room was quiet and comfortable beds.Enough room for our family of 5 persons.Secured parking at the hotel.Supermarket, mcdonalds and restaurant within 10 minutes walking distance

Booking.com didn't let us know that the rooftop pool was closed. I would not off booked this place if I knew location was poor also for October had to have taxi everywhere the staff didn't help much when trying to ask for advise

Small room, very small bathroom and shower

Bed was comfortable, room was quite. Breakfast, good variety of choice on offer. Free car parking.

There was a problem with the internet

Breakfast was good with range of cereals , bread and pastries.

There was a lack of any staff from around 9.30 and no obvious way of contacting anyone .Lack of storage and only one hard chair.

Excellent Staff and Great Breakfast Selection.As we did not use a Car, the Hotel location was not too far from Local Bus Transport or Restaurants.There was also a Supermarket close by for essentials if needed.

The Room size was similar to that in a Travelodge !

Awful pokey little room which looked like it needed a good clean and some decoration. The toilet seat was cracked which proved painful when you sat on it. The breakfast was abysmal, a handful of stale pastries and mini-croissants with some jam! Precious little else.

Friendly and helpful personal. Safe private parking. Comfortable beds. If you need just to sleep quite good hotel. Near Lidl and other shops.

Bad wi-fi signal. Hotel need small renovation :)

Bed and parking

Why would you give a room next to someone else when the hotel is empty ?! I slept well on the first night because I was exhausted, not the second one. The thing that bothered me is that I could hear my neighbor snoring and slamming the doors... walls are quite thin obviously. Other than that you get what you pay for, it is a 2 star hotel, it's fine for a night or two.

Great value for the place, clean, friendly staff.
