Buffet breakfast selection was good. Our room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Hotel was comfortable and elegant.

Central situation . Lovely old , stone built hotel been brought more up to date since I stayed there years ago. Can't fault the buffet breakfast with proper pot of coffee , not push button machine. .

At reception I was told you had booked me two rooms -- for 1 person ? - the lady spoke no English so it was difficult to explain it was your fault . Showing her my booking reservation resolved the matter . The breakfast staff was lovely but again , no English , my poor French sufficed.

Location good. Nearby bars, shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and showed us where there is free car parking. Good breakfast. Water available in the bedroom fridge.

Could not open the bedroom terrace doors.

Great location and very comfy beds! There's a lovely faded historic feel to the hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Our room was at the front and it was a tad noisy at night & early morning, so bear that in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Location to restaurants etc very good. Comfortable beds. Offered parking a few mins away (secure)

I’ve already given stellar reviews because I stay frequently. My pic is from the bus stop from Pézenas to Meze and to Montpellier. So easy. Bus usually leaves on the hour to Montpellier except Sunday. It only costs two euros and has a place to store luggage underneath the bus. Gorgeous scenery. You can just buy your ticket on the bus. Takes you to the FLIX and tram stop. Sabines.

I was only there for the night before leaving after breakfast but I enjoyed walking around the old historic centre.Nice to have a kettle and a choice of tea or coffee sachets.

Elevator still wasn't working as a previous guest complained. I was on the second floor but friends were on the third.

The balcony was great for people watching and the location was good

A fantastic hotel in a stunning building. We arrived late and managed to get access by calling the out of hours number despite language barriers.The room was huge, the bathroom was great with an awesome shower and the beds very comfy.Parking is available just over the road but it's first come first served.The hotel is on the edge of the town centre, which was a delight.We would happily stay again.

Access after hours was tricky due to the language barrier but we managed it.

The room was lovely, the staff were very helpful. We were traveling with our dog, and she is a big dog, but everything went well. the hotel is very central.

Not a lot of parks or grassy areas for our dog.

Location plenty of shops, restaurants , bars and a large car park nearby.

Restaurant and bar not open in the hotel.

We stay often. This hotel is so welcoming and reasonably priced for such a historic charmer in a great location in magical Pezenas.

Good location, a short walk to historical centre, we have a room with a litle balcony and a nice park view . Very nice hotel.

There is no place to stop the car in front of hotel to put the luggage out and it is rather complicated to find their garage.

Entry was difficult, property was locked with nobody on duty when we arrived (19.10)

The reception was very helpful. We chose the hotel as it wasn't a chain, realising that that could mean there wasn't 24 hour reception on site. Because of traffic we realised we would arrive late. So we called. And the receptionist kindly gave us a code and prepared the key for us in an envelope. We had the studio for the five of us (myself and four kids). It was big and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. Especially the fruit salad.
