5* for location, cleanliness and staff!!!
Returned after 5 years later. We were thrilled to see the sisters were still owners of this cozy establishment. They are friendly, professional and we appreciated to see their feminine attention to detail.
Lady at reception couldn’t have been more helpful.Rooms spacious and very clean. Location is excellent to explore around Illescas and Toledo and also Madrid
Beautiful hotel, excellent location on the beautiful square next to medieval cathedral. The hotel breakfast is excellent and costs €6. The owners are lovely sisters willing to help with everything( use the google translator to communicate?) Use this hotel if you want to have the most authentic experience in Madrid-Toledo area but you definitely will need a car!

Location, Value for Money, Friendly Staff
We loved being at this hotel because it was near restaurants, shops and our family. The staff was EXCELLENT!

The place was stunning, staff very helpful, and attentive could not fault the place. We will go there again. In the most ideal spot. Highly recommend ?
Everything was good.
It was tricky to get there. The closest parking is not close to the hotel, so we should walk with our suitcases.
It is difficult to choose one thing, but to highlight one, the staff all of them awesome.
