Pros +
- The room with spa access is definitely worth it. The spa is very relaxing and private. It is worth spending the day there and decompressing.
- The staff and the location
- Customer service was excellent! Room Service was also excellent!
Cons -
- I was surprised that there wasn't an ecofilter in the room, just one down the hall and stairs. I didn't love that there were plastic water bottles for purchase in the room as an alternative. There was also no coffee or tea in the room.
- N/A
- Unfortunately, The air conditioner was not cold enough.
