Conveniently located, clean simple rooms

Check in took a while, as all guests passport had to be registered, even for the minors.

Room was basic but clean.

The location next to the motorway was disappointing; the room was basic with limited facilities; one of the room lights was not working; no information for guests was provided.

Friendly receptionist in the evening that called me back for the code of the box. Easy to find next to the road.

The room smelled like a ashtray. Very bad. Booked 2 separate beds and there was only one. In the morning there was no water to shower. And there was nobody in the building to contact. Not worth €91.

The receptionist was very friendly. The location was very convenient, just off the highway. The room was very clean. New building.

The doors slam very loudly when not being held which is quite disturbing when people go in and out of the rooms and it wakes you up. No breakfast service offered which is a shame as there is an area well conceived for it. The gas station next door has a restaurant and opens at 8:00 am, but you can only get coffee or tea and a pastry. Other than those two buildings there is nothing else nearby.

It is a basic motel in the middle of no where just a repsol next door but the cafe closed at 6 pm

The easy access to the highway, and the fact that is quiet. Also the rooms are big and comfortable.

For the price, I would offer even a simple continental breakfast. Or even a ticket for a breakfast at the cafeteria next door.

No bath towels ,two inadequate hand towels. No bath mat floor dangerously slippery when wet. Light out above hand basin.

Bed and space.

Me and my family didn't sleep all night. We have booked 3 bedrooms for a break during a 12 hours road trip to Portugal. Unfortunally we did not rest at all because of a random clicking noise coming near the door, or lights switch. You may check it by yourself on the short video that I have record and published on Youtube with title “Hotel 280 Zaragoza - noise all night”. Video taken at middle of night while we were trying to sleep. This strange behaviour also happened in the other 2 bedrooms that we have booked.

It is a perfect hotel to rest during a trip.Quiet, confortable and clean.

We only can do check in until 23. This information should be more clear in booking site.

we booked this in April and without notification at arrival we were told we couldn’t stay with our dog whom we had booked into also

good location, good value

on arrival we were rudely told we could not stay with our dog although we had booked the dog also. staff very rude and unprofessional. we had driven 6 hours to get to the hotel and she just told us to go away. after trying to get her to view our booking and presenting our confirmed booking including dog she said we could stay. she told us we could not stay on the return booking we had made but never received anything in writing about this

Convenient hotel by the freeway and close to the location of our meetings. Near a gas station and cafe. Good value for money. Clean towels and facilities.

Breakfast not included. No presence at front desk, except for check-in. Shower cabin does not close so we always had water in bathroom floor to clean up. There was an intense smoke odor in the corridors.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Aircon and an opening window. Lovely view. Helpful receptionist. Coffee machine (but no milk available!)

Cigarette rubbish outside the window. Lots of it - nothing had been cleared.No shade for parking. Soul-less but cheap.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious and overall nice. It was just what we were looking for in a hotel by the side of the road for our road trip. Excellent location mid way from Madrid to Barcelona.

Restaurant that was mentioned in booking was not open. Anyway gas station next to hotel offered all we needed.

The room was on the groud floor apart for the bed, the room did not have a good feeling of cleaness.Paint on the walls was kind of faded away, not a good feeling.In the bathroom the sink has not been cleaned between guests, no disposables glaces available.The WC had a patch of rust or something else, that WC should be changed by all means.No breakast available. There is a coffee machine available, each coffee pod costs 1Euro, the problem being that no container available either free or to be purchased to have the coffee in!Not a single glace in the room that could be of help to store the coffee. Nothing available in the lobby where it is supposed to be the place where guests can have their breakfast or meals. Butter was in a small fridge but no knife or any other ustensil to help.All in all this hotel is not a cheap one, almost Euros 50.00! Maybe the only thing that offers for that price range is being closed to the Autovia and a very good restaurant at the petrol station.Taking this away, it was okay for one night sleep, but I will not rebooke again in the future.

The hotel does not accept pets. I was told this clause was installed 2 months ago. I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, I had my dog with me without any problem. This time I forgot to check the hotel rules, unfortunatly I had already paid the room to the lady. Once I told her I had my 2 well behaved and clean dogs in the car and I wanted to pay for them, I was told of the new rule.My well behaved and clean dogs had to stay in the car the all night, of course I was unable to sleep well that night before taking the road to drive 1000km till destination.The only dog that barked at any time someone passed was the Hotel's dog, bless him, not his fault, dogs like him are used for security reasons.My 7 years German Shepperd and 5 years old Yorkshire terrier had to stay in the car and not once they barked during the night or did any of their needs inside the car. I know my dogs and I know why I can bring them in an hotel, otherwise I would not book an hotel room anywhere and will stay with them in the car!
