Pros +
- Clean and comfortable room which was perfect for the one night stay. Found a brilliant little bar (Casa Lara) that stillserved food at 1030 at night! Reception closes at 9pm so it was a nightmare trying to get into the security car park but we eventually sussed it out. Get into the hotel then enter the car park via internal door on the left and press button!! We ended up parking in the main square walking back with luggage and entering the hotel before we realised this ?Because we arrived after reception closed we were sent a code to access main door but were given the incorrect room #. This could have been rather embarrassing!!No Wi-Fi security passcode given on the WhatsApp or booking message so we couldn’t access Wi-Fi which was another pain! Overall, a good stopover in a lovely village but my advice would be to check in before 9pm if you haven’t been here before.A word of advice would also be that the hotel is located in the old town. You access via a narrow arch from the main road onto cobbled and very very narrow streets. If you have a large car/SUV you will struggle with the streets here!
- The mattress was really comfy and the room was clean. The parking was really secure and an excellent location. They also offered flowers for women's day.
- Location, parking.
Cons -
- Lack of and incorrect information regarding check in and parking.
- Cannot blame it for anything
- No table light in room. Only bright light. And a big bump in the floor I kept tripping up on.

Location, parking.
No table light in room. Only bright light. And a big bump in the floor I kept tripping up on.
A great location within the old city.Very helpful staff. Very clean and tidy.Security garage for our bicycles. Security entrance.Very well priced.
Nice clean, central location, helpful staff
Nightmare to find using Google maps, unless you’re heaving great big cases not worth using the parking there’s loads of free parking 5-10 min walk away and it’s really awkward to get to their parking.
Immaculately clean. Very friendly helpful host. Who left an early breakfast for us as we had very early start safe parking
No complaints at all will return
Parkin was good, clean and hairdryer in bathroom! Restaurants nearby.
More plug sockets needed by bed. No bottled water in room, oh well!
The girl working in the hotel was really kindThe parking was unavailable by we were able to park 5-7 minutes walking from the hotelThe beds and bathroom were comfortable
The Shower has “cortina” instead of “mampara”; However the shower is enough big, so, actually it was not a problem
Cleanliness
Receptionist couldn’t speak any English, surly and unhelpful. Booked for secure parking told on way to hotel no parking when we arrived it was under repair my husband has limited mobility had walk up steep streets to parking
Location
No air conditioning, no bedside lights, toilet in a ridiculous position, you couldn't sit down if you had long legs. Pillow very hard.scarcity of wall sockets for charging phones. Th breakfast said jamon Serrano but it was jamon York. No slices of lemon available for my tea
The property is very well located. Close to the centre of the village. The cleanliness is outstanding and the staff is very friendly.
Clean
Hard to find. Difficult access to garage with large car.Noisy guests arriving at 1.30 am Not good sound proofing from adjoining roomDidn't stay for breakfast.
The owners were very helpfulEspecially as my husband hurt his shoulder, she even helped me carry bags to room.Very comfortable and super clean.shower amazingly powerful. We used Google translate, she helped me choose places to eat.breakfast was good..tomatoes on toast.,coffee and juice.Lovely terrace to chill out on.Brilliant underground private parking..Right in the streets off the main square
secure car parking but tight!
room was very small and basic
Central location clean and comfortable
After check in no staff available no food or even coffee available
Location was good , secure parking for my bike
Room was a tad small , but in fairness it was a single room and not expensive
The accommodation was clean and in a great location. The staff was so friendly and did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. it was convenient to have secure parking on the property.
Very clean. Very friendly receptionist Wonderful location in the middle of old Lerma Don't forget to book parking or you will need to park in the main square.
It's supposed to be a dog friendly hotel, but the have cats, so dogs are not welcome in the comfortable reception area with coffee machine. My new puppy ate the dried poppy seed arrangement in 2 secs of arriving, before I had seen it. Luckily he's OK.Perhaps don't have dried flowers in a dog friendly room
Superb location. Lerma is so pretty and hotel is right in the centre of the old town. Beautiful. Very helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable and warm room. Quiet. Dog was made welcome
Cheap parking
No lift,no heating,small room,no view
