very good location...fair price...spacey room

a bit difficult to park the car.. when you drop off the luggage s( big ) ..or check out when you prepare to enter your luggages into the car..but if you go without car ..this is very best location Hotel

The room was amazing - with a mezzanine / upstairs for the 3rd person. Perfect for me as a young adult traveling with my parents. And even had a private terrace! Really good breakfast too.

The bathroom smelled really bad, probably an issue with the city sewer system but nevertheless really unpleasant. The thermostat in our room wasnt working right so it was either really hot or really cold, and the staff couldn't fix it.

The property is well located. Close to the main tourist attractions and different eating bars/restaurants.

Did not offered complementary water bottle.

Location was great, breakfast was better than expected. Comfortable bed and spacious room (but dark).

Room 114 - bad smell of sewage drains in the bathroom. Cockroach in the shower on the first morning. Air conditioning did not cool at all. Wi-Fi was so slow we gave up using it. Lined up for 20 minutes at check in time only to be told the room was not ready - had to line up again - check-in staff were very slow - 7 to 10 minutes per room.

No parking and no air conditioning. Our room was at 27 degrees Celsius. The room was dusty and bathroom moldy. Or room at street level could not open window. Loud street noise. I cried.

Location was fab..right in the heart of Teruel..once in and settled we could walk everywhere. Loved the buffet breakfast which was great value..a great selection that was constantly being refreshed

The hardness of the mattresses

Excellent location. Good size of the room. Clean. Good mattresses and pillows. We booked a room with terrace, it was great. Staff was friendly

Terrible smell of sewage. Parking organization. There is no possibility to book parking in advance. it would be better if the hotel informed that there is a huge public parking 150 meters from the hotel for the same price as in the hotel. And travelers would not have to drive along narrow city streets to the hotel, leave the car in the wrong place and stand in line at the reception to find out that public parking is the best choice because the hotel parking is completely occupied.

The TV volume was fixed so low that it could hardly be heard. The receptionist agreed but could do nothing to correct it.I had a first aid issue and needed a dressing/plaster for my head. The first aid box at reception was empty!Breakfast - had to ask for cereal bowls as none left; had to ask for scrambled eggs as none left; no extra cutlery available so had to use same knife and fork for everything. The staff at reception were helpful but seemed embarrassed that things were missing.Toiletries in room were excellent and bed comfortable. An additional pillow in the wardrobe would have been welcome.

Very difficult to arrive at the hotel, through the narrow and one-way streets, but eventually we arrived at the drop-off point immediately outside. There was no parking available at the hotel, but there is a public car park about a 5 minute walk away, where daily parking cost €18.60. We booked the parking via the hotel for the duration of our stay and although there was no difference in price from the published tariff, it did enable us to exit and re-enter the car park whenever we wanted to. The ambience of the hotel on arrival was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our well-appointed room was on the 4th floor with an outside terrace. The hotel is very well located in the old town, overlooking the Óvalo and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Our only complaint was the restaurant, where we dined for 1 night. The staff were lovely, but the food was awful. The Gyozas were OK, but I had meatballs in a coconut sauce, which was utterly tasteless.

The cleanliness and comfort

Although it allows pets it's not overly dog friendly and the on-site car parking was full so had to park in a nearby public car park

Checkout took half an hour. Bill was wrong. Staff spoke only little English.

Central location, clean rooms, great price. The shower has increíble water pressure. We were only there one day and one night but it was great for us. Close to everything and nice.
