About
On the outskirts of historic Teruel, the hotel is a perfect expression of the mixture of cultures and styles of this interesting and monumental city, home to some of the most representative buildings of the Mudejar style. The hotel, a mansion inspired by this style, combines a plethora of styles and lines in its construction. Marbles, tiling, ogive arches and arabesque details form part of delightful, spacious rooms in pastel tones. The restaurant serves local delicacies such as "migas a la pastora" and lamb stew. There is also a large garden with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and suites appropriate for holding conventions, meetings and social events. The Parador is about 1.2 mi from the heart of the city, the Mudejar towers and the Cathedral.

Cons -
- Dated rooms
- No sound proof of the room, you can hear people talking in other rooms and outside. No kettle, or coffee maker in the room. Can’t walk to old town.
- Breakfast. Oh dear! Doesnt start til 08.00, I thought the choice was disapointing, then fresh pastries arrived at 08.10! My coffee (no hot chocolate available) was cold. I had to ask for cold milk for cereals. It was all very odd after such a lovely meal the evening before.

Stayed here a few times before. Easy access off the autoroute, easy free parking. Hotel is an attractive building set in spacious grounds. Bar is open from 11.00 - 00.00. Had a great evening meal, good quality and great service. Had a good nights sleep, very quiet.

The room was very spacious and well arranged (what I expected from a parador). Very good breakfast!
The parador is quite far away from the old part of the city (one has to use a car and the parking was very crowded in the evening). We booked half-board - the dinner was ok but just ok (I would not recommend it to a friend).
The hotel is charming, with lovely period detail. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
We had a bit of trouble finding the access to the hotel but that was more the fault of our satnav.
Nice and close to Teruel downtown. Friendly staff.
The A/C was aligned to outside weather which did not allow it to turn on in the room. Was not told at check-in and arrived to a hot room late at night.
Peaceful setting outside town. Lovely old palace. Friendly staff, delicious food.
Some of the furniture and carpets need an update, a bit lumpy and frayed
Close to town with free parking. About a 20-minute walk along avement and quiet roads
Beautiful building in a great setting. Very friendly, welcoming staff.
Room showed some signs of tiredness and could do with some attention in the bathroom and also on the balcony of our room.
Loved this place. Although located by a busy road, it is set back in its own road so you could be in the middle of the countryside. The building is gorgeous and is classically modern, keeping the integrity of the building. The staff were lovely and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Nothing we didn’t like - at a push the bar service was a little slow but it’s Spain and that happens. I loved it here.
This was our second stay and we've been very happy both times. The hotel is conveniently en route from northern Spain to our holiday home - it's just outside the centre of Teruel which meant it was easy to get to the hotel and out the next morning. The room was a decent size with a good bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice. Plenty of parking with EV chargers if you want them.
Only minor point is the shortage of sockets (for charging phones) by the bed.
Very quiet. Just off the main road but appears to be in the countryside. Good overnight stay as travelling south. Ample parking. Comfortable bed. Have stayed here before and will do so again
The building interior was stunning particularly the reception area and lounge. The bedrooms were so comfortable and welcoming. The food was of the highest quality from breakfast to evening meal. The staff at the hotel were very professional. Its a place you want to go back to.
Four star hotel with five star service. Super helpful staff, large clean bedrooms with additional pillows provided in the room. Excellent breakfast, great range of quality breakfast options. Restaurant open to none residents and attracting many clients due to its quality and reasonably priced food.
Bit of a walk into town but nothing serious.
The restaurant/bar staff were most unattentivr. We were served at Sunday lunch by a girl who just dumped the food on our table. There was no bar staff to be found for a pre lunch drink at 2 pm on Sunday.
Cooked to order scrambled egg was old and waiting to be taken from a warmer in the kitchens. The fresh coffee was stewed. We booked a twin bed room and found the movement round the room impossible as a whole corner was blocked off by a third fold away bed. I am 83 and could not get passed this third bed when using the loo at night.
Good parking: very helpful staff
Needs a bit of money spending to upgrade it
A lovely old building with the feel of a bygone age. Large public rooms, great service and excllent food.
Nothin I can think of
We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant. There were freshly cooked options on the breakfast menu, which were an unexpected lovely treat. The lady in reception was very helpful, spoke great English and made us feel very welcome.
Very comfortable and spacious room, in an excellent location on the outskirts of Teruel. Easy parking outside. Numerous trails/ caminos on the doorstep, which are great for walking, running & biking. This is the 3rd or 4th time that we have stayed here.
Having travelled all day, we were really hungry ... but unfortunately the restaurant/bar didn't open until 8.30pm!
