Hotel employee was fantastic! So hospitable and made our stay great!

Close to the Airport. And that's it!

Paper thin walls you can here everything happens in the neighbour's room, dated furniture and scratched wood floor. Noisy when you walk. Missing bits of tiles in the bathroom. Holes in the walls covered with cement. Paint spots all over the bathroom. Even the toilet seat was misaligned. Good thing we were there only for a quick sleep and got out early. More of a 2 star hotel. The receptionist didn't know that you have to pay for the parking...Save yourself the experience unless you go for a meeting or something quick. I could go on and would have taken photos but was to tired to care at that instant. Definitely not repeating in a lifetime.

I didn’t like that the rooftop terrace lounge advertised on booking.com had been closed for sone time! That is why I booked close to airport & so that I could unwind on my last day before my early flight the following day.

All , the staff specially the resorption employee at night he was perfect, the room very big and clean.Love it

Located near airport and a large plaza. Area not too crowded and available parking. Rooms are spacious and clean

They rooms did not have boiling kettle and no complementary tea/coffee

Didnt seem to have a bar area, my friend stayed the night before and had to buy a drink from the restaurant and was told to take it either to the hallway or his room. Very strange not to have this facility.

The bed was large and comfortable. The location was ok for the purpose of my visit, Onsite parking was good.

There was a bath in my bedroom. There was no bar area - they sold me a beer in the restaurant and I was told l couldn’t consume the drink in the restaurant and should take it into the lobby or my room. The internet went down every night more or less at 23.00 just when my favourite radio programme starts. Nobody answered the phone when I called reception/7500

The design of the room (bed to the window and a fantastic panorama in front of me. The rest of the services were of very good quality.

In my friend´s room water leeked from the ceiling.

Finding the parking wasn't Easy

The bed is very comfortable. The room is large, comfortable and beautiful.

This is not a tourist area. This is a quiet residential area. There is no spa in the hotel. There is no pool. The advantage is that it is close to the airport

Spacious room and good staff at reception.

No bar or cafe. Waiter serving beer and coffee but you had to go to reception to ask him to come out. Also stopped serving at 10pm each night. Restaurant staff quite rude.

Very clean, modern hotel, very friendly staff, rooms very spacious with huge windows for a nice view, minibar and safe, also shower and bath tub present, free parking at the street near hotel possible, garage is offered but actually not needed

Excellent value for money for a layover in Madrid. Close to the airport. The taxi ride was about EUR 20 from terminal 4. Spacious rooms for a family of four and seemed to be renovated relatively newly.
