The Air conditioner wasn't working in any of the rooms. The couldn't provide me a corkscrew when I asked for one. They didn't provide me a receipt (paper copy), even after I insisted.

Location is very good and the hotel is clean but a little bit formal there are no activities

Great as a transit hotel, near a metro station located 45 minutes from the center. good value for money!

I was traveling with my two children and expected at least a basic level of comfort and hospitality. What we encountered instead was a complete failure on all fronts—from service and staff attitude to food quality and guest care.The only remotely positive moment came upon arrival, when a kind and professional lady at reception greeted us warmly. She stood out as the one competent and respectful member of the team. Sadly, her effort was completely overshadowed by the shocking lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff.Reception, in particular, was appalling. Not a single greeting, not a smile—just cold stares and an evident lack of interest in helping guests. On our second day, we requested drinking water and were astonished to find it not only undelivered properly but also added as an extra charge to our bill. Charging guests for basic necessities, without proper service, is unacceptable and downright disrespectful.And then there’s the breakfast—if you can even call it that. It was a disaster. Poorly prepared, lacking variety, and served in conditions that raised serious concerns about hygiene. After enduring it once on the first day, we chose not to return. It simply wasn’t worth it.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. It’s clear that the management needs a complete overhaul—from training their staff in basic human courtesy to raising their standards in every area of guest service.

Location very convenient for onward travel. Very clean. Lots of free parking outside on street and also paid parking underground €12. Staff very pleasant.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—very convenient and close to the offices and public transport. The facilities around the area were excellent, making it easy to find everything I needed nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was good; it offered a wide variety of options that catered to different preferences.

Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. Additionally, the bar/restaurant was unavailable during my stay, which was disappointing, especially since it was due to the "upcoming holidays," as the staff explained.

Restaurant was closed during my stay but the promixity of many such places in a 300 meters walk made it easy

Clean and comfortable room for the price. We enjoyed being able to open the large window to let in the cool Madrid night air. Many good restaurants are nearby, as the area seems to be the headquarters of a lot of multinational corporations.

The experience turned out a disaster

The shower head came flying off soon as the water was turned on and very nearly injured us. It was literally pressed on so there is no way staff have checked the room before. The noise from the end of the hallway of people opening and closing fire doors on the ground floor was very disturbed night. A terrible experience
