Stayed for two nights on a business trip - no issues. Excellent breakfast. Located between a residential area and a business/industrial park - worth keeping in mind.

When booking, I indicated that it was a business trip and filled in the invoice details. However, I had to provide them again at checkout - a small inconvenience, but still an inconvenience.

Overall, an underwhelming 4-star stay with unnecessary charges and poor guest experience.

For a 4-star hotel, it felt disappointing. Parking cost €20 per night and the hotel isn’t even in the city, plus no EV chargers. The shower was poorly designed — the water leaked all over the floor. Charged Wi-Fi with unclear instructions on how to connect. And I found the breakfast policy unwelcoming; I wasn’t allowed to join colleagues unless I paid for breakfast and was questioned repeatedly.

Good location if you want to be close to airport. Free shuttle. Good food and service. Amazing staff. Clean.

Excellent front desk staff; our waiter in the restaurant was great; nice rooms; shuttle to airport went smoothly.

Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby would have been really nice for the price of the rooms.

Everything was great. Service was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was great.

With lots of kids in and out of the pool, I would’ve liked to see a bit more maintenance. After one day of kids jumping in and out of the jacuzzi, the water level dropped enormously.

If you arrive late there is nothing to eat. There is no vending machine to grab a snack or a bottle of water. Also, the room rate is a bit high.

Room was comfortable and ventilation was good. windows double glazed very quiet.

Mention of not having a shuttle on weekend days is not mentioned on front page and have to dig into description to find out that no free shuttle on weekends. Was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

It is not a 4 star hotel since it lacks update of the room facilities and the room was really small, no upscale amenities that you would expect of a 4 star hotel.Mediocre breakfast and restaurant food, room at 200 euro overly expensive for what we received back.

I love this hotel....the staff are lovely and welcomed me back like an old friend...close to the airport with complementary shuttle service, which also runs round the business district making it perfect for going to the office. Lovely little garden at the rear of the restaurant which has a great kitchen, good breakfast options as well as tasty lunch and dinner choicesEasy enough to get to city centre

The room and facilities were great. Clean and nicely decorated.

The front desk kept my passport. I needed to leave at 5 am to go to the airport to catch my flight. The office was closed. No one answered the door bell or the phone until 8 am. I missed my flight and had to rebook for over $1600 USD. I am extremely unhappy.

Large room, wonderful bedding and amenities. Airport shuttle was timely and great!

The hotel staff entered my room twice—once while I was in the shower and once while I was sitting inside. The room was very outdated.

Dear [Hotel Management/To Whom It May Concern],I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced at your hotel on January 23rd. When I arrived to check in that afternoon, I was informed by the reception staff that my reservation was for January 24th, not the 23rd. Realizing this was my mistake, I politely asked if the reservation could be adjusted to the 23rd. However, from the beginning, the staff’s response was an emphatic “no,” and they insisted I pay an additional €149 for the night.I asked to speak with a manager, but one of the receptionists (a young woman with curly hair) informed me that the manager was on a call and might not speak to me at all. When I told her I was willing to wait, her dismissive response was: “She might not attend to you anyway.” This response felt unprofessional and added to my frustration.Despite my repeated requests for assistance, the reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to explore any solutions. One of them even explained that only the hotel could resolve the issue, as per the booking.com system, yet they refused to assist further. Adding to the unpleasantness, they both refused to provide their names—removing their name tags—and maintained a negative and unaccommodating attitude throughout.I was eventually forced to contact booking.com directly. The representative there was extremely courteous and resolved the issue promptly by contacting your hotel directly, at which point the reservation was changed without difficulty.This experience left me feeling undervalued as a first-time guest. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior of the two reception staff (one with curly hair and the other with short blonde hair) as well as the manager’s refusal to speak with me reflects poorly on your hotel’s commitment to customer service.

Located on a very busy roundabout. Travel to the city really only practical by taxi-average cost €35 per trip!
