My third stay here this year. Immediate area is commercial, but close to MAD airport; it¿s solidly at star level advertised, staff is excellent, great parking; included buffet breakfast is well above average.

Has worked perfectly for our needs. You really don¿t need to compromise on anything at this hotel. If your key destination is Madrid, and you¿re staying multiple days, you *might* want to be closer to center city, especially if you aren¿t driving.

The room and bathroom was clean ,free breakfast from 7 to 10 am, the staff was helpful, they keep your bags if you are early

It's not near the metro walking ,about 25 min to the metro station

Great staff at hotel. were great and hospitable. Room was great and clean. I def recommend. We ordered pizza from a local pizza spot and it turned out to be some of the best food Ive had so far!

No atm at hotel. You have to walk across the street over a bridge and its maybe a ten min walk one way. Not in an ideal spot to do anything like shopping. Overall the experience was great.

It was very convenient to have a bus stop in front of the hotel, because I chose not to rent a car.

This hotel is average just like 3 stars hotel.

Breakfast area they have everything mixed up. Not everyone eat pork so they should keep everything separate.

A clean and convinient location to the airport. Great breakfast options and free parking.

The location was perfect because the subjects I needed to deal with were at a company located just a 4-minute walk from the hotel.Free parking right in front of the hotel was very handy too.

Sporadic noise throughout the night with people entering and leaving the rooms, especially on the first floor (reception area), can easily disrupt the sleep of people like myself who are light sleepers.

Good clean place, reasonable breakfast, staff was very good especially Ms. Erika on reception, she was very helpful and supporting

Great staff friendly and professional. Room was well appointed and clean.

Breakfast was not very good, personally I’d skip it. The aircon has a low pitched rumble noise that I solved with an earplug. Bathroom shower head was a bit grungy and long in the tooth.

very noise rooms, you ear everything from the other rooms, outdated furniture, bed are terrible, tinny and unclean, WC outdated and noise, not very clean room, Reception is located at the second level, bad decorated seems more as low budget apartment complex , really poor decoratedBad situation, walking to the centrum Alcobendas is about 20 minutes through the side of the road (dangerous), nothing in walking distance to do, no bars no shops...need a taxi for everything... not for kids or families...is like a hotel for Drivers nothing more

Needed to spend one night before flying out of Madrid. Hotel is situated in some kind of industrial/office park right off highway - 15 min drive to the airport. The hotel has ample free parking, friendly stuff, very clea room with working AC and nice bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Withing walking distance was a great restaurant located at the Ibis hotel

Clean room and comfy bed.

The neighborhood around the hotel is safe, but nothing to look out and nowhere really to walk around to. Also, the shower seemed to have only two temperatures: hot and scalding hot.

A little further off but close enough to the airport. Madrid does not have very good near airport hotels.

Looks a bit outdated

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We booked one night before flying out of Madrid. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial complex and was not located near restaurants.
