Ibis Madrid Alcobendas

Breaksfast was nice with lots of options and fresh juice and bread.

Room was very small for a family of three. There was not enough space to open your trolley bag. No mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. Hotel is located in the outskirts.

How pet friendly it is . Very clean

No fridge and it is by the highway

I enjoyed the youthful, music-themed vibe of the hotel. I also love the simple, modern furnishings and clean lines. This is a budget hotel that doesn't look like a budget hotel. The staff was very responsive when I had a problem. The salad I had was excellent, even if the burrata was still partly frozen.

The air conditioning didn't work in the first room and was really weak in the second room into which I was moved. Outside it was nearly 100 F so a strong A/C is a must. As I moved into the second room, I saw that the ceiling cover of the A/C had crashed to the ground. Apparently it had not been secured well enough. This could have gotten someone hurt pretty badly.

Front desk was super duper helpful.

A bit far from mayor tourist area. Transportation wasn't too accesible.

This hotel felt so incredibly clean. A lot of hotels near to airports tend to be gross, but we felt comfortable to let our infant crawl on the floor. Surprisingly incredible dinner food and luxurious buffet.

It was SO hot in there. Please offer fans! The beds were so comfortable but more pillows would have made our short stay spectacular.

I liked everything! They even gave us a snack and chew toy for our dog. You can't beat that! I've been at hotels that cost more than double the cost of this Ibis and Ibis beat them overall.

There weren't any hand towels. Would loved to have had more pillows (there were 3 for two people) and a mini bar. But you can't have everything..

Great staff and reception/food area.

The rooms were too warm even with the air con turned to its lowest setting and this was in February.

I liked the most the guy on the reception. I think his name is Ricardo. He speaks English, Spanish, French. He really knows how to do his job and is one of the best members of stuff I have met in my life. He made my stay very welcome and pleasant. I am very thankful to him.

Just be aware that this hotel is nice but is VERY far from the city center. It might not look as far on the map, but it will take you 1 hour by bus (which is coming every 40 min) to get to the city center. Also this hotel is more suitable for people with car, but know ones who is traveling by foot.

There were bed bugs in the first room we stayed. Had to change the room due to this but hotel staff supported to make change of room next day. Hotel breakfast is also very basic.

Good location, good food for dinner and breakfast, excellent service from all the staff.

The hotel is very well decorated and clean. We particularly enjoyed the pet friendly reception. We enjoyed the toy and the candies for our dog. We recommend!

The room was good, Nice shower and bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.A small fridge in the room would have made it great and being British We would have liked to see a kettle to make Tea!10 euros to park was unexpected and the breakfast was good…

Our car was full of our luggage so had to park in the car park costing 10 euros per night.There is free parking on the street around the hotel but not being familiar with the area had no choice.

Room was good, on the top floor so quiet, car park was very good, large parking bays

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Spacious, comfortable room with everything you need.

Semi transparent curtains would be useful in the windows. With the blinds and curtains that were in the room you can not cover the window from the view from the opposite building without blinding it completely.Breakfast could have been better.

All as expected! Very friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast.

Taxis and therefore luggage cannot be dropped off to entrance which was over 50m away

It’s clean and comfortable bed. Not too far from the airport, made the morning trip less stressful.

It could have a few more facilities in the room like coffee etc and the TV isn’t a smart tv.

Dog friendly room.

It seemed tired and in need of refurbishment compared to the nearby Hampton by Hilton which we stayed in recently.

The location was superb and parking was secure. We used it as a stopover on a longer journey.

The room and the hotel were boiling hot. The air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room, and we had to leave it running all night.
