The price was good, no hidden fees, free parking and clean rooms . Staff was nice .

The suite was very nice and clean.

The staff was not very warm and welcoming. They behaved almost as if we were disturbing them when we were checking in and also when we asked a question.

Spacious, clean and quiet room, ideal for a one night rest before a flight. The bed is large and comfortable and the hotel is close enough to Barajas airport for a quick shuttle ride. Breakfast is buffet type and has a wide range of choices.

Pricing could be more competitive.

Our room met our needs. We were close to the airport for an early flight. Breakfast was fantastic!

We only had one of our sons with us. If we would have brought both, there would not have been enough room. Also the shower/tub design left water everywhere on the floor.

Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was absolutely helpful. There is a metro (La Moraleja) nearby which makes so easy to go Madrid central. Access to public transport is excellent. Purchased the Public transport card and topped up for 10 journeys all time. This travel card can be used for Blue bus or Metro or Metro north and even going to airport. Purchasing this card made life easier. There are good restaurants nearby. Alcampo shopping center is only 5 minutes walk.

The rooms are wonderful. The location is very calm and quiet. But I could hear the people talking next room which can be sometimes annoying if you are sleeping especially in the night time. This may be due to some insulation issue within the wall. But I am happy to stay here once again.

Location was good, near airport. Very good dinner. Staff pleasant, but insisted that my request for an AIRPORT SHUTTLE was unfounded - and I could have phoned the hotel directly if I still had questions. Shuttles quit running at noon on Saturday, I was left to take a $25 taxi. Staff refused to apologize, give me complimentary breakfast, give me a complimentary ride to airport next day, etc. A voucher for dinner would have been nice - ANYTHING - MY IDEA of Customer SERVICE!

Clean room, nice big king size bed and a nice little wooden crib with a comfortable mattress for the baby. Breakfast was very nice, delicious coffee. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was 10 min away from the airport. There is a shuttle service for 9eur each way.

Room looked like the pictures, was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. Excellent bed and soundproofing between rooms was good. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Shuttle to airport in the morning was punctual and quick.

In the evening there was only 1 staff member at reception who was busy with a large group. We had a long wait for checkin (along with 4 other couples also waiting). Airport shuttle has only limited hours (but uber was around 20 euro). Some traffic noise in room.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel overall was a good value. The airport shuttle was convenient and also a good value as compared to other hotels.

I didn’t like that there are not many restaurant options close by but for a one night stay it’s ok.

The kind, accommodating staff when we were stuck in a difficult situation due to canceled flights. Comfortable room and very clean.

If we visit Madrid again we definitely will stay here. It's clean, conveniently located, the breakfast was very good and we simply liked everything about the hotel. Highly recommend!

Very spacious room and great bathroom. The breakfast was copious and served early. The driver of the shuttle to the airport was very nice and helpful to a single mom with 2 young kids who traveled with us.

The facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the beds were really comfy.
