Unexpected overall comfort, and the best breakfast buffet experienced in Europe( been to many hotels in many countries)
No!!
Convenience & price
It was in the middle of nowhere
Very bad
They cancelled my booking 3 times for no reason, no reason at all and once we reached the hotel after driving for an hour they gave us a rate which was double the price and then said "Oh sorry it was a mistake, we dont have any space".
Perfect location if you are using Madrid airport. 10 minutes drive. Also easy acceso to Madrid City. Lot of gas stations around
I did not found anything wrong-
The location was not very much traffic The breakfast stayed open till 11am convenient for us and not felt rushed to get to breakfast.
location is good near airport Terminal4 , but car rental is in Terminal1,2,3 so that's another 15 mins drive from T4
security Door between the floor is loud at night sometimes.
Super clean, friendly staff, good breakfast
Far from a city centre. Not good for tourist to explore Madrid
Very comfortable, very clean, good breakfast
Very clean, gentle staff and had everything we needed.
A little bit far from downtown
Clean, Good location.
Las camas estaban un poco incómodas.
Free outdoor parking, which is very convenient. The room is comfortable. The pool is well maintained and monitored.
The decor behind the reception desk promotes friendliness, but unfortunately, not all of the staff lived up to that message. Some interactions felt less welcoming than expected, which was disappointing given the hotel's emphasis on hospitality.
Everything ,was excellent: the service, the attention, the people, the room, the breakfast, the pool—everything was top-notch. The pool attendant was very attentive to the children's safety. I recommend it!
