Immediately of the highway

Receptionist was slow, abrupt, and didn’t know how to smile . The advertised pool was closed on an 85degree day

This hotel is close to the motorway, making it easy to reach, yet far enough that you do not hear any traffic noise. The swimming pool is clean and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant serves good meals, and the breakfast has a good variety. Overall, everything offers great value for the price.

Unprofessional and unprepared Staff. The bathrooms are unbelievably small.

Room was fine although bins had not been emptied. Evening meal was cheap and cheerful with a good choice.

Bike friendly. So the Bike was locked up inside there garage. Lots of places to secure them. Aso note they are Lgbtq friendly Hotel. So give them 10 out 10 for service.

Small room, but spotlessly clean with everything one would need. Good choice for the included breakfast and excellent value in-house restaurant for evening meal

Nothing really

The hotel deserves a very good rating. It is practical and economic. The room was clean. There was a desk to do work the Internet to work fine. The dinner service in the restaurant was very good (yet it could start earlier than 8:30 pm). The breakfast was good as well. And the price was reasonable. Parking was not a problem and was free of charge. Excellent!

Location ,easy to park .Ate in the bar this visit, quite nice especially the salad ,very nice and polite staff behind the bar .Breakfast always good .

The hotel was comfortable and having a pool was great. The selection at breakfast was also great. The selection and quality of the food in the cafeteria, which is open 'til 11pm was good and the staff were nice. We were happy to eat there on the second night.The selection of wine in the dining room and the cafeteria was extensive and good value.

The hotel was some way from the town. Because of the hills it wasn't walkable. The staff and the food in the restaurant were generally awful and it had a menu which could only be viewed via a QR code and I must be the only person who has a recent-model Samsung with out a QR code reading chip. I had to borrow a phone!

Easy to find, clean, great breakfast which to our surprise was included (booking specifically said 1 coffee 1 cake?) great value bar at 1.20 euro for house wine and nice range of pinchos and snacks

Really miserable reception lady totally spoiled our check in but rest of stay was great

The reception we got on arrival was not friendly they left us standing there for around 20 minutes while they continued eating and putting laundry away. We were not informed about breakfast times nor restaurant times and availability, so we went off-site. They didn't speak any English

Hello, the problem we had was staff could not speak English and we could not speak Spanish. Communication was very difficult with the receptionist on the desk. I would suggest they have someone speak English. This does not mean the hotel was poor in anyway just poor communication. We English need to learn Spanish. The hotel was clean and well presented. Yes I would use the hotel again.

The room was super clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It's far from everything. No public transport connection. It's the meeting place of the local truck drivers.

Noisy coming and going. Popular spot for truckers.

Great space, we stop for a night in our way from Andorra to Madrid and it was amazing. very confortable beds and everything was super clean. We were 3 and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good! I'll come back if needed and totally recomend it.
