AVOID AT ALL COST.

Rip off company charged me for two rooms but only gave me one set of keys?WILL NOT REFUND ME! AND BEING PENSIONERS AS WELL. AVOID

The hotel was easy to find. Loved the location. Not sure why this is not a 4 star hotel, as it has everything there. Fridge and safe in the room. Great bathroom with a lot of space around the sink area. A gym and a great breakfast. Our room was modern and the hotel parking was perfect for us. Also, they welcome dogs which was amazing for us and our little dog. We will be back there in June on our way back to Bilbao.

The car park was a bonus (fee of €8). Not too tight to get into and it was almost empty while we were there, The room was a decent size but not large. The bed was very big though, and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet behind the door which wasn't ideal. The shower was very good. Breakfast was good (but not excellent, with a range of options).

The orange juice at breakfast should be proper, freshly squeezed, given the price of oranges in Spain - this was diluted.

I choose this hotel especially because of its garage ( 8 euro ) since I was traveling with the car quiet full. Definetly worth it and not too far from the autopista. The room and bathroom were big, the facility was clean and there is the options for a late check-out if you pay accordingly. Staff was friendly.

The room was very nice, but not the room I was supposed to get.

The original single room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The person in the room next door had a coughing fit and it sounded like he was in my room. When I complained about the noise, the receptionist seemed to know about this problem. As they were fully booked, I had to insist to be moved to one of their more luxurious rooms.

Comfortable, clean and right by the centre of town. Staff were very helpful.

Our second stay there, very convenient off the highway to/from Zaragoza. Restaurant downstairs offers pretty good dinner and breakfast.

The breakfast was reasonable but boring. There are more ways to do eggs other than scrambled. Sausage was very salty. Coffee was average. One waitress was particularly grumpy both mornings, others were fine. I would have liked to have breakfast outside but was told it was only for people paying separately. The price of breakfast was charged in my room, so what is the difference? Receptionists were really good at their job, professional, courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel with a good location, both regarding accessibility from the highway and walkable distance from the city center. We had stayed at this hotel before when it was under different management and it was good to see that it currently run well, with helpful staff and good cleanliness. There is garage parking available for a fee, but there is also usually on-street parking around the side and back of the building.

There was a large group of students staying at the hotel, many on our floor, so noise was a problem until they calmed down for the night.

Comfortable and very large beds. Overall modern facilities. It's easy to park around the hotel so it's conveniently located if you come by car.

Although the place is fairly new, a few things in the room were already broken. For example one of the bed lamps was almost coming off. Also the shower was leaking a bit to the rest of the bathroom. It was lacking a bit of silicone.Finally, we found the room very warm and there was no way to lower the temperature (the thermostat was already set to 16 degrees).

Central location, friendly staff. English language wasn’t the best but remember we are in Spain not the UK so they did their best. Rooms clean modern and comfortable, dinner was cheap and very tasty same for breakfast. Free parking which is a bonus. Lovely well kitted out gym. Very easy about having late checkout and for a small charge

This is a surprising place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room - although the decor was a little tired - was clean and well provided with towels for example. The menu for the evening meal was really good value. Plenty to eat for breakfast for €8. Calatayud was just a stopover for me but it worked because of the hotel. Also secure parking at very reasonable cost.

Good restaurant onsite with a tasty and inexpensive menu del Dia. Breakfast was excellent. Large comfy room ina modern hotel. Staff were helpful and found us secure bike storage inside. Would stay at a Globales Hotel again.

Easy to find and plenty of free parking around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the cafe bar. The food was really good too.
