The property itself is beautiful, close to the beach with a short walk and easy access to main roads. The pool area is very relaxing for a drink or meal. Breakfast is fantastic and so is the staff.

Parking can be tricky and Santander city is not close.

I loved the motor theme of the decoration. It’s a short walk to beech and restaurants. Had a very good quality feel.

The room was fantastic, and the facilities at the hotel were very good. Made to feel very welcome by the staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

That I only booked one night!! Next time will stay longer.

If I could score this hotel 20 instead of 10 i would.The staff were excellent and the food (the cakes) were world class. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were spoilt rotten with world class service and food.The value for money is off the scale and this little hotel deserves all the success it will hopefully achieve.

Staff always very helpful and welcoming.Nice to be offered a free glass of cava on night of arrival. Evening meal was excellent and unusually for Spain service started at 8pm. One of the best breakfast selections we have had in Spain.Easy access to town and beaches by private steps at back of hotel.

Some refurbishment required. Carpets on stairs worn and some bits of the treads loose.

Location, staff, atmosphere, not much not to like.

The hotel is within five minutes walk from the beach and restaurants in a beautiful town. It was very clean and hospitable. There is plentifully car parking. We will use this hotel again.

Great breakfast, comfortable room

Felt a little impersonal, swimming pool was very cold. Surprised we had to pay for “private parking”

Breakfast was excellent. Wide choice of fresh and cooked food, pleasant efficient staff. We had a hotel dinner, good quality and well served.

TV language override did not function staff polite but unable to help.

Jacuzzi, TV, and confortable bed. Good breakfast with on demand fried egg or omelette.

Excellent breakfast, and overall very relaxing stay. But the evening meal was very rich and a challenge to my digestion!

The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel has a racing theme which was fun. We enjoyed the breakfast, the children particularly. The beach Playa de la Concha is great, and a short walk from the hotel.

What a wonderful place. The staff were really helpfull and the breakfast was without doubt the best we have experienced anywhere. It was clean, centrally located and parking was secure. We hope we get a chance to return soon to enjoy more of the facilities.

Beautiful building, Lovely, spacious room for us with our little boy. We had a junior suite, and so spacious with an area that can be closed off for him to sleep. We really liked this hotel. The evening meal in the restaurant was absolutely incredible- such good food, highly recommend. Great location with easy access to fantastic beaches.

Front of house service was quite poor, no offer to help with our bags etc. A few of them bit miserable. We felt the restaurant area for dinner and breakfast really lacked atmosphere, and was very hot. They have a lovely pool and bar area, but the whole layout feels a bit disjointed, much better if they got their restaurant up to the standard of the bar pool area, then you'd have an incredible hotel! But can't complain for a few nights it was a lovely stay and base for Suances, just a few areas for improvement!

Everything. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff very attentive and food was excellent.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The hotel looks fantastic inside and out, with a historic motoring theme throughout. The staff are lovely, polite and helpful. The restaurant (you have to book for the evening) was amazing, again with lovely staff. Whilst the room was facing a relatively busy road, the balcony doors cut out virtually all noise, making for a very quiet sleep.

It's a shame they charge extra for using the near empty car-park, and the cost of breakfast each morning is much too high. Whilst very subjective (as they look very stylish), the sinks in the en-suite bathroom are impractically awkward to use without splashing water everywhere.
