Nice location, clean room, pet friendly,

Far from any stores (just in case).

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and very light. Nice that there was a fridge. Bathroom was big and clean. Easy street parking. Short walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants.

Room overlooked the road and during the night there were lots of loud party people outside. The tiny swimming pool was green...

Close to the beach & small town breakfast was very good ?

It was clean, staff were very helpful. Hotel in a good location close to parking and bars with good food. Quick access to the beach.

The hotel room was older and could do with some renovation, the furniture was a bit worn, the toilet flush was acting strangely :) Despite that, for our 3 day stay it met expectations.

Stylish decor. Fantastic location and 3 minute walk from a stunning sandy beach and lots of restaurants Very clean and a nice pool ( not many hotels have pools here). Pet friendly.

Ideally supply a fan as standard . But they supplied a fan on request. Theres no air con but a fan and window open is ok. Aircon is bad for the environment and not really needed so I was happy with a fan for the warmer nights.

Nice clean room. Hotel in a good location in Suances, close to the beaches. Very nice staff. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Dinner was a big portion, we had a hard time eating it.

The hotel was fully occupied by children, first a junior football camp and then teenagers. In both cases, they were quite noisy.If the hotel wants to offer accommodation for children's tours, then let it not offer rooms for classic accommodation.

Breakfast was poor, party of visitors had cleared the meat and cheese.Finding the hotel was difficult, my SatNav could not locate or google maps on my phone.Put on 4th floor with our dog, furthest possible room away from entry.Parking was charged despite booking because free parking stated

Fantastic location and proximity to the beach, good restaurants nearby. Very clean and contemporary interior compared to many other hotels/hostels in the North. Lovely staff and great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and light, spacious rooms.

Dinner wa s included in the price which was good value but at the sister hotel up the road and it was raining. However it looked like our hotel had full facilities in summer. Dog friendly at no charge

Stayed for one night including dinner & breakfast.. Perfect hotel as travelling with large dog.

The pool was dirty and the sun area had broken glass on. Room did not have hydro bath or Double bed as requested/ advertised

Rooms look better on the pictures, no aircon. It was noisy outside so it was no easy to sleep with opened windows, but it was too warm inside when the window were closed. The breakfast could be more variable

The hotel arranged for a fan for us because our room didn't have aircon which was great, my parents room had aircon so they weren't as hot as we were. The location was good for suances. The breakfast in the morning was really great, plenty of options and good quality.

The cot provided was only suitable for a newborn baby, it was a small bassinet we couldn't use it for our son (1.5 years) as it would not have been safe. He had to sleep in the bed with me. The pool is very small, only suitable if you are the only guests using it, it got busy when we were there. Better to plan to visit the beach for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Cheap and cheerful - only £58 for room plus breakfast for 2 people. Good location by beach

Room looked nothing like the photos - very basic / tired and in need of a refresh. Room also extremely hot with no air con - had to sleep with the windows open and that didn’t even keep it cool.

The fact that we couldn't get anything to eat or drink between 4 and 9 o'clock and that the reception had the gall to refer us to the establishments in town while they knew the situation would be the same. This incommodity is not reflected on the website lauding the excellence of the hotel. Breakfast was inferior to advertised. Fruit was old. Lots of bread...
