After raising our concerns, the hotel did agree to refund us for the second night we had prepaid

We unfortunately had a disappointing experience during our stay. The hotel felt much more secluded than expected, with cabins spread far apart, creating an overly isolated atmosphere with no sense of community.The welcome was very poor, with nothing offered on arrival. We reached around 4–5pm and requested dinner at the property, but were told by the receptionist it was “too late” as we hadn’t booked in advance — something we found unprofessional, especially given the high price of the stay. At such a standard, we would have expected the kitchen to be able to accommodate guests.When we asked if we could have some fruit from the reception bar (and were happy to pay extra), we were told it was reserved for breakfast only. Additionally, the walk to our cabin was about 4 minutes, and we were informed there is no staff at the reception at night, with no phone provided in the room — leaving us feeling unattended.Breakfast was extremely basic, we were even charged extra for it.Overall, the level of service and hospitality fell far below expectations for the price charged.

Beautiful heaven in the middle of the nature, spacious lodge with beautiful architecture, we loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Nestled in the middle of nature, wild flowers, pine forests, the property is so serene and peaceful. Rooms are super spacious, the lodges are really well built. We absolutely loved it there.

Everything was great. If I had to say one thing is that kids screaming at the pool all day kind of altered the quietness and serenity we were craving for got. It’s not the hotel’s fault though, people are just not respectful…

After 8 hours travelling, it was Calm and very comfortable . Pool was lovely. Shower was excellent

No milk provided for tea, coffee in lodge. Husband is coeliac, gluten free bread & cereal available for breakfast, evening meal wasn’t an option so we ventured out to Hossegor.

This place is a hidden jewel, away from the crowds. It has a lot of character, with Danish and Japanese vibe in the decoration. We felt welcome and comfortable in common areas as well.

Very relaxing place to stay. Accommodation is well thought through - everything you would want. Beds extremely comfortable, bathroom huge. The food is exceptional most of which is grown on the property or locally sourced. Breakfast perfect and had two stunning evening meals.

Slightly remote - but that's what this venue is selling RELAXATION and a chance to switch off.

The villa was great, modern and comfortable.

It’s very overpriced with poor service. The host is very impolite. The restroom door was broken and you can’t close the door.You can’t have dinner in the restaurant even if you book prior to arrival on the same day. You have to drive to the nearest town to get a snack. You can’t do take away, as it seems Pizza at the veranda is also not allowed. Food it the property is forbidden:(You can’t use the sauna if you don’t book spa/massage.

What a blast ! This place is the most gorgeous, calm, and consciously made place that we’ve ever been in. The owners did an amazing job landscaping and building everything. If you want to be in a quiet, ecological, and secluded environment this is where you have to go.The breakfast was divine even though I’m vegetarian, and dislike sweet breakfast, this was the best breakfast we had in a while. All the product are locally sourced and you can definitely feel the difference. Special thanks to the staff that were super welcoming and nice !We wish we could live there forever.

Beautiful landscaping, architecture and interior design. The food was simple but divine! Not to be missed.
