The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also very helpful in calling up taxis for me as I explored the neighboring cities around Tudela.

Relieved it was only for one night

Hot, stuffy, small, cramped room with only window covered by metal blind. Very busy location with absolutely no parking. Very stressful. My husband had to park a 10 minute walk away on some rough ground while I walked back to find hotel and ask for entry to their secure parking. Evening meal was in a sports bar with limited menu and football playing on lRge screen. Small double bed. No fire escape on our corridor.

The accommodation was very clean. Noise from outside and from the pipes in near rooms were a huge problem as was the heat coming from the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel said it couldn’t be switched off so we had a very uncomfortable night when the weather had been quite hot during the day. Wouldn’t choose the hotel again.

Breakfast was superb - everything you want. Restaurant/bar was v good as well. Good to watch footie there.Location is excellent as well.

Wi-fi inside the room was very poor! The room was ok for 2 but bit too cramped for 3.

Superb staff, comfortable bed, clean room, great price and very dog friendly.

An auto email to guests at the time of booking with instructions for parking and a telephone number that doesn't go to a call centre would be helpful. Also, no bar or restaurant was open as it was New Year's Eve, we managed to pick up supplies, but a note before arrival would have made it easier for us as stores were closing by the time we got there.

The location. When I booked I didn't know where the Hotel was exactly and it was not in a touristy part of town but that is always a gamble. However a few years ago we stayed in another Hotel in Tudela which was in the main square which was more to my wife's and my liking.

The room was very basic and it felt like we slept in camp beds. It was clean but a bit dated and battered round the edges.The bathroom was absolutely fine.

Decor in room a bit severe

Very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, not too far from the restaurant area, where you can enjoy different tapas and other dishes. We travelled with our dog, so there is little park next to the hotel which was very good to bring the dog for a little walk.

Good location, a short walk into the centre and the lovely Old Town. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast ,with lot's of choice. Dog friendly.

Very disappointing!

Location, lack of parking and the fact that it was promoted as a dog friendly hotel but didn't accommodate dogs in the restaurant adjoined to the property. We were told to leave our puppy Toby in our room!
