Room was big and clean

Check in terrible. At 16! Too late. We asked if possible at 14 so our little one could sleep the nap. They said no because rooms were not available and it was a lie. The reality is that they are closed for lunch time till 16 and then they do accumulate all the clients at 16 for check in making a long queue in the entrance. At the end we entered into the room at 17. Very bad customer service. Not happy about it at all. Note: Even if you decide to check in online, NIE picture was not recognised in the system so we could not close it, still you had to wait for the key to be given.

Spatious room, clean , quiet

Good location close to centre, staff didn’t speak much English but friendly and accommodating, secure underground car park for my motorbike, good breakfast in the adjoining cafe. Great value for money.

Not much of a view but the positive outweigh the negative

The location was good. They also had put a crib for our baby with a lovely sheet set and towel for a child which was a very nice detail.

The facilities really need updating, especially the bathrooms which had cracks in the ceiling and shower. The shower was not clean and still had hair all over it. And below the bed had not been cleaned in a long time.

The location was good for going down to the City Centre. Parking is off road and accessed by a lift beneath the Hotel. There was plenty of room for my motorcycle.

There isa one way system and limited parking immediately outside the Hotel. But I managed to park close by to book in.

Helpful staff, nice modern room, good WiFi , parking for my motorcycle €7.

Some trouble getting out the garage. Friendly neighbour helped me with his key. No breakfast facility (I was aware of).

Spotlessly clean and warm welcoming staff. Secure underground parking was a boon. No breakfast at the Hotel but the recommended cafe just a few meters away provided and excellent breakfast at a very moderate price.

No fault of the Hotel but not the easy-est to find and on a busy road. GPS sends you all over so best to locate it on a map first to have some pre-conceived idea. Better to put the Hotel address in the GPS and not the name of the Hotel as there is an address closeby which bears the same name . Access to the parking is from a quiet road adjacent the Hotel.

Big room safe underground parking for motorcycle . If there are 2 then it's only 30 euro each

The family room with 4 beds was spacious and comfortable. The hotel room was very clean.

There is no breakfast available at the hotel. But I have found some nice breakfast cafes in the neighborhood.

Perfect location and provided exactly what we wanted - clean comfortable room with good shower and secure parking.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk into the main square. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a bed for the night with safe parking. Reception was open to book us in, and was very helpful, however that was the last time that we saw them.

No breakfast on site, however we were directed to a local café around the corner

Rooms have air conditioning which is essential in Tudela. Parking on site has large spaces. It is ideally placed to make the best of a visit to Tudela. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist spoke no English, but we somehow got by! She was very patient with my basic Spanish! Secure underground parking (for a price), cold air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It's a short walk into the charming town centre, which was quite vibrant on a Friday night.

We had noisy neighbours who came & went at all hours. The corridor has no sound insulation, just hard surfaces, so their slamming door became tedious. There was no breakfast offered, nor any sign of it the next morning in any case. We didn't actually see any staff as we left.

Like the secure underground parking for my motorcycle ( 6 extra euros ) ...Bathroom water was super hot...Hotel was in a town that has enough shopping facilities for the passing through traveller and , for me, was close enough to get to the Bardenas Reales for a day's messing about in the 'desert' on a bike.

Hotel is physically shut in the daytime with a phone number on the front door to contact a person to eventually come and let you in...No Front desk staff !!...Imagine that in England or New York?? .... Just not good enough, especially when the booking has been made on line and the drop-down box for my time of arrival was ticked at 1400-1500...
