Hotel Santamaria

Not much

On arrival, I was informed that the hotel parking was full, but cancellation was nevertheless impossible, and I had to search for a public parking. For a pet, you pay a three-bed room for two people and a supplement. The staff were not comprehensive of mobility issues (I had a mobility problem due to accident and leg injury). Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Bed was comfortable so slept well. Chap on desk was helpful.

Could not park near hotel . So went a bit away so we could check ln but got back to a parking ticket as resident only. Despite buying a ticket. Lots of traffic. Chap hit the car next to ours in the morning as we left.

Great location in centre of Tudela. Friendly staff and nice room with balcony over looking the square.

Staff were brilliant. Secure parking for our motorbikes.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Overlooking a park with bars/restaurants, but relatively quiet

Would have liked a better selection of hot food for breakfast, although what was on offer was nice.

We only stayed the one night on our road trip through Spain, but found the hotel great, situated a short walk from the old town, and perfect for visiting Bardenas Reales

Secure parking, accepted dogs, both charge as extra but worth it. We did not eat there

It was noisy outside until the very early hours of the morning but that was nothing to do with the hotel.

During the night, a machine/motor was running and i slept badly.

The cleaning ladies are the only decent and nice people in this hotel! And it's walkable from the train station!

Stay away from this hotel if you ever plan to visit Tudela or just skip for good!Over-priced, the internet is unstable, TV channels froze all the time and we had to remove the power key almost every 30mins!The mini-bar is not working (but the hotel told us that we can leave our stuff in a bag to put in the bigger refrigerator of the hotel. How convenient!) We addressed the issues with the front desk but nobody seemed to care much!

Very clean, central, staff most helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly and great for walking the Ebro. Some nice 'tapas' bars, we particularly liked Casa Alberto, but try and book ahead. Visit El Bocal, and of course Bardenas.

Would have been good to have more food options in the cafeteria.

Breakfast in the downstairs cafe was excellent. Car parking a little awkward but ok due to road works in the street outside. Not the hotel's fault. car park itself is good. We have booked to stay again on return journey. Excellent English spoken.

Location is wonderful

Air con turned off so was a little cold, tap in bathroom for hot water was very slow and big problem with keycard, but because of our proyer were given a free breakfast which was very kind and very tasty.

Staff very helpful.Room nice and clean.Parking close by.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, dogs are welcome and it has a very secure car park.

great room, great location, friendly staff that spoke English and very handy restaurant downstairs that's open late. Aircon was good and bed was comfy.Hot tip the breakfast is 1 floor up from the public restaurant which wasn't made clear to me, however they didn't charge me for the food I ate that I was thought was part of the buffet. The breakfast buffet was good value for money.
