Pros +
- Good Nespresso coffee machine.Remote staff was efficient at check in.
- Lovely room and comfortable beds
- Superb
Cons -
- Manned reception is only 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Virtual reception available 24 hours a day.Our washroom/toilet trash bin was left full of the previous guests' filthy stuff. Remote staff did not offer another room and this sanitary failure left its mark on everything. We were simply too tired to look for another hotel. One side of the bed had no bedside closet and no electric socket - very uncomfortable. The safe was buried deep in a shelf and could not be used. The minibar did not cool.To top it off - a poor cold buffet.
