It was modern spacious and very clean the food was lovely

The hotel was in an excellent location for our trip from Spain to UK. We had a meal in the restaurant and would highly recommend it, the food was very good and certainly value for money. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection of choices for all tastes. We will certainly use this hotel again.

Excellent rooms. Good beds. Good shower.

It's on the breakfast bar were neglected. Bread and baked products were dry. Milk was sour and curdled.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could ask for. Recommended.

I would not recommend however eating in the restaurant of an evening. I ordered steak (medium), the 1st one came really well done and full of gristle and fat. The 2nd steak came so under cooked it was almost still alive , all served with my original chips and peppers which were by now cold. So I just sent it back and had lost my appetite by then . . My Mum ordered a chicken burger, this was reconstituted chicken and not nice at all. Torrija dessert was overcooked and burnt. It was a fight and arguement to try and get a reduction in the bill - So please do not waste your money in the restaurant.

The room was spotlessly clean and a good size. Food was excellent with attentive staff thanks to Sonia and the team that were working on the evening of 25/09/24. Secure parking for motorcycle and generally good facilities.

Spacious well appointed suite, unexpected! Extremely helpful staff at reception. Free public parking beside the hotel in addition to underground private parking for additional fee. Also bus stance behind hotel for local services.

Very comfortable bedroom. Easy to park. Breakfast included in the price and a great value dinner in the res. But most of all thank you to the staff who were all excellent.

The location was good, outside of the centre but within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist were friendly and very helpful.

There weren’t many guests in the hotel so staff were short. We went to the terrace bar twice but no one was there to serve us, so we left. The lady who served us in the restaurant wasn’t very friendly to be honest & it was almost like we were putting her out just by being there?! Tea & coffee making facilities would’ve been nice in the room. My husband and I were poorly during our stay so wanted the food in our room but we were told that wasn’t possible. Surely room service would have been better than potentially infecting your staff and any other guests? As we were ill, we spent much of our time in our room but not one single English Channel to watch on the tv. There was German & Spanish. If you have English guests then at least one English Channel would be nice, you didn’t even have the option to change the language or have subtitles.

Showers. Easy to slip on one of them and shower head could be better on the other one.

Very quiet hotel. Everything was very clean. Very spacious lounge area and lobby.Staff were very nice and helpful.

No vending machines working on any floor.No facility to top up a reusable water bottle. Only place to get water is at the lounge bar when they are open.A lot of flies in lobby, lounge and breakfast area all the time.

Good breakfast; let us in early; bedroom fine. The town itself was well worth a visit.

Breakfast in basement, a bit dark; car parking a nightmare, paid to park along the street a way down. Arrived just after lunch hour finished, impossible to get anything to eat in the town.

Very reasonably priced hotel. Easy parking. Lovely evening meal.
