this was the first ever hotel that i stayed in that did not have complimentary water and electric kettle.

Staff and rules against the customers.Stayed at this hotel because of a wedding nearby. Booked 3 rooms and arrived around 1 pm.No staff available at the reception and no bell to ring. After a while knocked at a door and finally a lady came out extremely upset that we had bothered her.Asked to make the check-in and told her we were going for a wedding and if we could get our rooms to change clothes. The lady said check-in was at 3 pm but if we wanted to have the rooms (that were available) we would have to pay extra 20 euros per room.Not really nice, but we paid for one of the rooms.After we all got ready in one room, we came down and I informed the receptionist (after knocking at the door again) that we would be arriving at 3 am so it would be great if they would allow us to put our luggage in each room and get the keys for the other rooms (that were available) so we didn’t have to move luggage around at 3 am.It was already around 2 pm and the receptionist informed us coldly that the rules are for us to pay extra 20 euros per room if we want to get the room before 3 pm.We just left and had to do it at 3:30 am and extremely tired.At breakfast, which we managed to get just before 11 am, there were no glasses to serve water and juices. Asked for glasses and the staff looked at the watch and reluctantly went to pick a few glasses and left them on a table with a sigh…Finally at checkout, asked for the bill and the receptionist asked for our magnetic room key which we thought we had lost while leaving the room for the reception. We were immediately informed that they would not do the checkout if we didn’t find the plastic key.And if we didn’t find the key charges would apply by the hour…Luckily we found the rectangle plastic key.Most staff seem to hate working in this hotel, but that is not my fault and they can (should) leave and work somewhere else where they are not handling customers.Very bad management and stupid rules!

Good location; Cleaniness

Access to the pool is very expensive; sink wasnt't working properly

Tv didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t turn on. We requested another bed but it wasn’t there. The food ordered for dinner (pizza and veg) was really really bad! There was also mould in the shower. I wouldn’t go back.

Clean bedroom with possibility of having our 8-year old son in the same space. Comfortable bed and modern shower. Pet-friendly and with parking garage.

It is a bit expensive for the location.

The location was good for the city and the market

Reception attendance was very slow an the breakfast hot food was stone cold.

Bar meal menus on tables in reception but no food available. Restaurant very poor.

People at the restaurant were nice and accommodating to the baby’s meals

- a lot of noise during the night, once due to a party at the hotel and another time with guests playing loud music- we had to pay to go to the pool and were only told there ! I asked questions about the pool beforehand and we were never told anything about the price- spa was not working

The staff were very nice and helpful. The handicap bathroom was very well situated. The hotel restaurant was convenient and good.

It’s up a very big hill and we were walking the Camino so it was challenging at the end of the day. The pool cost extra and was inconvenient.

We choose this hotel because the shimming pool, but in the end we didn’t use it because we had to book a time and others rules and regulations that we didn’t expect.

Parking, location and room size are okay.

I didn't like the service at check-in, room cleaning and breakfast with few options. The massagem, sauna, Turkish bath were not working.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and humble. We are in ougust- not crowded at all. The service was great. Everything we needed. The pool is cute. 25 stairs- are not that bad... It is outside the main building, but it was ok.Very clean.

The cancellation fee was 80% of the price.

Clean and well kept. Very near the huge supermarket for you to get everything. The relaxing massage was great! Recommended to try. We met a very helpful staff Margaride who helped us to extend our checkout time because we are going for massage.

TV doesn’t work until we have to ask the staff to give us instructions. There is no instructions in operating the TV. There was a long queue to check in and the staff were really slow.

I was tired from walking the camino. I booked this place because it was supposed to have a spa... The spa was closed for maintenance or something else.. Not ideal if you book somewhere called spa

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lovely sheets, good location, friendly staff.
