Lam Hotel Estarreja

The breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory.

My needs were met. It was a comfortable stay. I have only one suggestion but it in no way effected my comfort. I think the back side of the property should be power washed or painted.

Convenient location

Breakfast egg were cold and some on the selection on the coffee machines were not working

The location is good and easy to park

The staff is not so welcoming and a bit disorganised

Room was comfortable. Dining room pleasant. Food really good.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The spa facilities were very dated. Having to go downstairs in different locations for steam room and sauna. Felt unsafe, slippy floors when wet, no alarm.

I think Mr. Andreas should be the manager of this hotel, his English and attitude is far betterAsk for him if you got troubles with the lady as usual

The reception senior lady claimed not understanding englishI had to use translator

Bk was fine and the room was big and has a nice view

The tables were not very clean ?Also, I paid for a room with a spa plan because I was told that nothing else was available but it seemed to me that the hotel was not full.

Clean rooms, spacious, living room separate from bedroom. Large bathroom with bidet. Walking distance from railroad.

The hotel has seen better days, some of the rooms need maintenance, mine had corners where someone had hit the plaster and broken it. The marble in the bathroom was cracked, likely from a structural settling of the building. The tables and chairs in the restaurant were clearly marred and damaged. The food in the restaurant wasn't worth the price , it wasn't great tasting, they were classic recipes that are done much better at local restaurants at half the price.

The staff in the bar were very friendly even though we had to return to reception to get them to call for someone as the place was abandoned when we arrived.

The hotel looks like it was nice in its heyday but hasn’t been updated or cleaned since! The chairs in the restaurant had cigarette burns on them, the sunbeams by the pool were all dirty and some broken. The whole outside of the building was filthy and the pool bar was closed. There is nothing to do in Estarreja and the restaurant in the hotel was way overpriced and the food was disgusting…

Great value for money, although the hotel needs refurbished.

No meals available and hotel was out of town.

It was adequate, simple, nothing special.

Got there half an hour before closing and there was basically nothing to eat.Place mats, filthy, greasy as well as the chairs. Sadly, I may not return. Please keep it clean. That's very basic. It is a nice property, but filthy eating area.

The room was huge. Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing in major detail. It could have a more impressive entrance, but it's ok for a small village hotel and a short stay.

The room was big and the bed comfortable.

The staff is extremely unfriendly, and akward. Making me feel uncomfortable, I made sure to lock the door as I didn't feel so safe.Also when i asked where was the "sauna and turk bath" they gave me the direction without telling me that it ISN'T working. The inside door is extremely small and dirty. This isn't an hotel & SPA.

Exceptional views. Good meals, especially the breakfast and the soups (I didn't like one of the dinners). Comfortable beds and bedroom.

Didn't like the bedrooms insulation as we heard snoring all night long from nextdoor.

Did not use the spa.

The bathroom lighting is poor. The choice and quality of the food should be improved.

Comfortable place, nice gym and sauna which was extra nice because the weather was very rainy. Very friendly staff. Great place if you are passing through.

Although we arrived late due to a delayed flight and had to attend a wedding, we were able to briefly explore the hotel's awesome amenities and were impressed by what we saw. The city was also amazing, and we would love to return for an extended stay to relax and enjoy all that it has to offer during the summer.

There was nothing that I did not like. hotel was very nice and clean.

Breakfast and dinner are good choices

Desk person refused to answer in English. Observed her talking to other people in English. Not good for international travelers

plastic sheets, the the jacuzzi and outdoor pools were closed. (the indoor pool is very small). no place to lay out in the sun (no sunbeds)

Access to the sauna and Turkish baths, although we didn't use them.

The room was really warm at around 11:30 pm, even with the windows open.The air conditioner did not work properly. It would only blow hot air.It was too late in the evening to call maintenance.
