Lujo Hotel Bodrum

We came here for our honeymoon and got a lot of complimentary services that we really appreciated. It made our stay so much better! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the view from our room was amazing. Upon arrival you get a joy advisor through WhatsApp which is very convenient. We had Jülide and Tatiana (excellent service and fast response) We got a vip hotel to airport transfer which was worth it. Eggs Benedict in Koza was very good (had them 3 times). Cabana service was top tier and worth it. Very relaxing spot. Had the best meal and service in Gaia (waiter was Alican). They also have bars and music and different beach spots for everyone’s different vibes. We spent some time in all of them.

Nothing major, breakfast arrived cold at the table at times. Shuttle/cart service would sometimes take too long and the walks between beaches and locations can be a bit far, but the walking can be doable if you didn’t have a big meal. They also have escalators which help with this.

The AC was not working for 2 nights we couldn’t sleep we told them immediately about the problem but they did not solve it nor changed the room it was completely uncomfortable sleep they did not compensate us

No party no songs no nice music , entertainment can be better also Escobar bar is boring, oppa beach needs better music n foam party

The hotel is very noisy. Loud music is playing noon until 1:30 am it’s impossible to sleep. If you decided book this place bring plenty earplugs. I couldn’t manage to sleep there so I had to move out and book different hotel. The management didn’t offer me a refund for this huge inconvenience instead they were lying that the noise doesn’t belong to them. Very weird place even tho I showed them a video with a sound from their club. And it’s every day! So no peace and relaxation there. Food is not good either also expensive. I had a nightmare experience there so don’t recommend it.

Lujo Bodrum is an outstanding hotel. The food is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The water park, kids club and many cats are great to keep the kids happy and entertained. We enjoyed having breakfast by the beach.

The hotel was so beautiful. Staff were friendlyGood selection of food. Fabulous evening entertainment. Gorgeous beach and view. Sun loungers were luxurious.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Lighting in bathroom a bit dark . No full length mirror in our room, but other rooms did have full length mirrors

Gorgeous hotel, stunning views, great facilities

It has been our 4th time to this hotel and it will be our final one, we used to love it but we are now dissapointed. In the past they used to have a great breakfast buffet, now breakfast has to be ordered a la carte. Most of the staff at the different restaurants had a poor level of english, so nearly everytime they misunderstood our order and brought the wrong item or forgot part of the order, it was very frustrating. In the past the service and quality of staff was a lot better. It seems like the hotel is trying to cut costs by paying low salaries to the employees as one of the waiters told me that other resorts in the area pay more, so it looks like they arent able to attract quality staff. We visited in October and the outside pools are quite cold, they have an inside pool but its not that warm, not ideal when you visit with children. In the kids club about half of the machines are broken.

Very good food , service from restaurant was great , good internet , cleaning excellent .We really appreciated the entertainment The best hotel for sure we will come again

The hotel was truly exceptional in every way, making our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the wide range of activities, delicious food, and stunning beaches exceeded all expectations. Our room was also beautifully maintained and very comfortable.

Thr structure has a lot of staff available to be able to satisfy all your requests. The surrounding spaces are very green and very well-kept. Various beaches available, shows, entertainment, various gym classes, yoga, Zumba, etc ... Beautiful spa and excellent treatments. Of course great service . 100/100

I found the decoration of the room not in line with the hotel, quite small although functional and with a nice terrace and very dark. It should be completely redecorated. The same thing in the corridor, dark, and with an old carpet.

Breakfast was good but varied depending on which restaurant you chose to eat in.The same applies to dinner and lunch.We found the best restaurant to be the Turkish.

We found that the host was not always up to date. Occasionally our requested restaurant was unavailable due to the time taken by our host.

Everything was fabulous, in particular spa facilities, pools and beach. Favourite restaurant Gaia, we enjoyed breakfast the most!

Too expensive if booked last minute.

The sun. Really enjoyed leaving.

The people were horrible to us. Staff was unhelpful and rude. Lots of hidden fees. Constant upsell messages. When I asked question they told me :”this is turkey”

Location, food.

While I was a guest at the hotel, I decided to extend my stay with two more days. Went to the reception to do this and they told me that I can only do it ONLINE. Did so online and paid almost the same amount as for the initial 4 days. When I went to the reception, they told me that I have to pay an amount with 500 euro less than what I *already paid* when i made my second reservation online (they thought I didn't pay, and just reserved). Basically I overpaid by doing it online. Never had to do an online reservation while being a guest somewhere. Ruined the next 2 nights that I had to spend there.

The Attention To Detail is remarkable in this hotel. From personal attention to food to ambiance - phenomenal. The staff at the kids club were really great. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their time spent there .
