Beautiful resort with great facilities and an amazing location. The guest relations and service staff were fantastic – so friendly and helpful, they really made the stay enjoyable.

The first few days were lovely, but halfway through our holiday the hotel hosted a private event that went on for three nights, with loud parties and music until 5 a.m. We and other guests, including families with kids, got no sleep. Despite many complaints, management did nothing and offered no apology or compensation. Such a shame, because the staff and setting deserve much better management.

the hotel missed our plans for one of the days which is a lot if you're staying for 4 nights due to a staff mistake.

Overall stay was good. Rooms are generally very comfortable and clean. Return guest to this property, yet I was disappointed with the stay on this occasion. Hotel certainly needs to undertake maintenance in their rooms. Not sure if it was a case of end of season, but first room I was provided with had door and plumbing issues. After multiple communications with their guest services team to say the issues had not been fixed, I was provided with another room, which was much more suitable. Property is generally good value for money with multiple forms of entertainment available. Only downside of the ‘all inclusive’ statement is that depending on where you go to eat, sometimes you have to pay. Hotel was exceptionally busy during the stay at the end of the season, and for this reason, it certainly didn’t have that relaxing vibe for the first few days I was there. Service levels were ok, but not as good as previous stay.

The property has everything even though it was end of season and things were beginning to close you still had everything you’d ever need from a resort. The amenities are all to a high standard and the property itself is stunning. It is a bit far from the town but if you’re not looking at leaving the resort it’s perfect. The views and beach are all beautiful. The way the hotel communicate through your own WhatsApp group is also helpful. There is plenty of choice for bars and places to eat. Loads to entertain kids with the clubs and activities from all ages. The food was nice and the resort as a whole was fantastic.

Although the buffet was nice it was a bit repetitive each day. The restaurants that you had to pay extra for were a bit disappointing in terms of quality as they were no better than the buffet. Also the booking of the extra restaurants was hard as it was always full so you have to do this either before you get there or first thing.

the beach, the pools and the location, they are breathtaking just wow.the staff also were very good , all in all good stay and would visit the hotel againthey upgraded our room which is amazing gesture.

I liked the beach area. Also the variety of food especially for Eid Alaska since we are Muslims. Staff is very cooperative and friendly

The indoor pool’s water was very cold even though we were told that it is warm. Need to clarify on your sight that expect too much stairs to use to go to rooms . Entertainments at night was poor not as expected.

Buffet and restaurants, the pool deck, activities, the room, the view.

They should work on have sound proof glass in the rooms, even tho people are on vacation and want a festive environment, the music is super loud every night until 1am at least. And also you can hear the other resorts music until late. Staff could speak a better English, as we had some occasions at restaurants that the staff couldn’t deal with simple questions about the food or what is available for example. That’s the only negative thing I can say about this beautiful resort.

Very good location, very friendly staff, whatsapp comunication to every orders and services, good food, friendly for children.

The sea shore has stones and it becomes very deep The Wi-Fi stopped working for the half of my vacation The reception are very strict with the timing of check in check out no way to enter before 2pm no way to check out after 12 they will ask u for 150€ for late check out 3 hoursThe hotel is very big and has a lot of stairs not advised for old people even with the existence of the small cars as shelters The concert parties has a very loud music and also the Disco so you cannot sleep early before midnight

the hotel did not provided us the room we booked on booking.com and refused to give us same catagory as on the photos provided by booking.com. their explanation was the booking.com was selling a wrong room with a false explanation. we had to argue 5 hours in the lobby and stay one night in a very bad room until the next day the agreed to give us the room we had actually booked and paid for. many times during the day the electricity went off and lifts and electric staircases were not working!

Very friendly and helpful staff . The place is good for a relaxing short trip . The food is mostly good (with few exceptions) . The baklava was the best I ever had . Our room was always clean every time we left and came back ( they clean it multiple times a day ) . The Turkish section at the buffet was very tasty and the Turkish restaurant hasir was also very good .

Lots to do with a big variety. Amazing beach with lots of great seating.

Music can get a little loud in the bedroom from the hotels club.

20 minutes away from the airport. Some of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The service was excellent and the room was always pristine.

Some of the staff were miserable and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. This was particularly upsetting when in the kids club. The only shop on the resort (‘the market’) is extortionate.. literally. I bought a huge floaty from them which had a hole in it. They refused to exchange it. 1 barbie here cost me 50 euros. Avoid.

The views were absolutely amazing; we had the basic room option and got a breathtaking view from the room. A la carte restaurants are excellent, very tasty and good variety of choice. The Greek restaurant with seafood is really great! The pools and amenities are good.The massage and peeling by Shakheda were absolutely amazing! We liked the spa, the room, the design of the hotel!

The service - staff in the food area in the main restaurant and ice cream was sometimes even passive-aggressive; we had a few incidents. In the main buffet type of restaurant, they never smiled and would put the very minimum amount of food on the plate. Strange that in post covid times, the food is still closed; we need to ask for food to be put on our plates. It would be a perfect stay if not for this service.

We stayed at Titanic Bodrum as a part of our honeymoon. They made a great surprise for us and upgraded our room. Reservation Assistant Eda helped us a lot in the reservation process, before we came into the hotel. And our Guest Assistants Efekan and Ensar helped us in our stay and made our visit even better with their warm, fast and professional attitude.Room was clean, big and comfortable. Room service was great. Food, drink and the service quality were perfect. Hotel personnels were very helpful and sympathetic. Sea was really good and we liked the design of the beach. Facilities like restaurants, pools, activities, spa, sauna were also satisfying. I'd definitely consider to stay here again.

Beautiful location with wonderful landscape and green hills and blue waters. Very scenic and relaxing. All meals were wonderful with daily buffet with the largest array /variety of food and you can try different options everyday. The mini fridge in room is well stocked and refreshed daily. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfy. The resort entertainment was very good as well.

Less cats around as not everyone is into cats. More english speaking channels and english movies but with good wifi, it was really missed that much
