Quality of drinks, not experienced personnel, activities are comparatively less, kids club is closing at early hours, difficult to find open snack bars out of meal times.

I loveee the resort but at night it's boring there is no any activities for adults only kids.

Take your own towels it was smelly i complained about it they change it daily but still there is a smell. Althought everything was perfect the food was delicious.

It is a full experience of leisure and relaxation, the hotel i always come back to

If you want to visit bodrum down town or yalikavak it is a bit far away and the transportation prices will be outrageous.. so if you are planning to visit lablanche make sure you are visiting to stay at la blanche only

Great location, great hospitality, good food. What made it special was The Shift Manager, Anil Mustafa who had a solution for everything. The Best manager any hotel can have

The women staff at the reception, especially Zarmena who had a BIG NO for everything one asks for. Don't go to her for anything, as she will say No, even before a query is asked. Women staff at the reception need to be trained for hospitality

Every thing about la blanche was amazing . The beach was really nice . Pools were clean and the food was good. We had an upgrade to a very spacious family room. Will repeat this experience again for sure??

The only negative thing about it is if you are willing to visit malls or bazars or any other attractions it is a bot far. It would take you 45-60 mins to arrive and its a bit expensive. So if you are looking to stay in the hotel and never leave its 100% worth it.

The location is one of a kind. Food is great! Employees are very kind and friendly. The size is big you almost never feel the crowd.

Internet connection could be better. The luxury level of the rooms can be enhanced.

The only good things about this resort is the beach area although very difficult to get a sun bed and the staff were friendly

We were treated like second grade citizens and believe me we paid a lot to stay here. The locals were favoured and I doubt they paid even half of what it cost us( without exchange calculations) The food was nice and plentiful but there were many very pushy guests and it made you feel like you were in a cheap very large cafeteria. A very different experience to last time we stayed all inclusive. My daughter had to wake up at 6am to put a towel on the sunloungers next to the beach of which there were at least 200 but people were greedy and reserved them very early or the night before? Not a lovely experience

It’s not 5 star hotel, solid 4. Very old rooms. Reception stuff is not professional, always wanted to charge you extra, rooms cleaning is awful, gym equipment is old and you can’t operate it, dirty place.

Everything was great . the pools the beach the staff , also animation team very friendly . I booked 2 rooms but when I reached the hotel I asked to upgread , and I got the best villa thanx to Bilal in reservations I just had to pay extra but I was definitely worth it .Tankx A lot to BILAL.

The location of the hotel is extraordinary. Meals at The main restaurant are good and diverse. beautiful views. nice beach and pool. comfortable resort and easy paths.

The fast food at the pool bar (sunrise) is served in low quality. Hotel is completely full of people and maybe it's the reason of a little discomfort experience, bars and pool are full always , It was hard to catch an unoccupied bed at pool or a table at the night activities.

Old and nothing much they provide. Food is very bad

Room not getting cleaned, no new towels, bar not getting refilled, trash in room on ground stayed for 4 days, didn’t vacuum ground

The staffs were really helpful. The foods were delicious (7/10).

The pools weren't deep enough, all of them 1.40meter. The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was very low

you literally dont need to leave the area you have everything. make sure you check the map at reception so you dont lose on anything. food is 10/10 service 10/10 you will not be dissapointed. Starbucks is also included in all inclusive. wifi isnt the best but does the job. also included various cocktails and drinks where ever you are on the island you can find food and drinks. and 24hour open bar which have various cakes sweets and ice cream!

drinks/alcohol are used from cheap local drinks and not all the staff give the same taste to cocktails. cihat was very good.

The staff was amazing, beginning from the Spa team and animation team (DJ Mustafa, best in Bodrum ?)These guys do an outstanding job ensuring guests get the best from their stay, we arrived with no expectations and left with amazing friends. We had Turkish bath (Must do, highly recommended) which left our skin flawless, few massages after that. Even the transportation staff is amazing, Anil helped us get my brother’s wallet which we forgot at the hotel and noticed until we were at the ferry port. The management staff was amazing we had the opportunity to meet them too and everyone tried their best to help in either English or Spanish we will definitely return.

I have no suggestions, our experience was a 10.
