Chamada Prestige Hotel and Casino

Pros +

• It was a normal stay with basic amenities. The location is remote, which may suit some.
• The hotel is very beautiful and the view from my room was nice. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was big and had everything you might need. The girl who greeted me from the Guest Exellence team was really nice, I don't remember her name but it was her boyfriend who assisted me with my bag.

Cons -

• Terrible experience. Staff lied about resolving my issue and promised a refund that never came. Once I checked out, they ignored me completely. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
• Unfortunately, this hotel is not as good as it could be. The staff isn't very service-minded or helpful in the sense that it felt "unpersonal". There was a lot of staff everywhere, but most did not speak English and I didn't feel that they really wanted to even try to be understood or understand me. I was also contacted over WhatsApp asking me for a review before I had even checked out - and I was referred to as "Sir". Considering there is an entire group of staff dedicated to the guest experience it could have been better. At the spa, she didn't even look at me when saying goodbye as I left. I've worked at one of the most prestige-filled hotels in Sweden and this kind of service would not be accepted there. Unfortunately not as good as I hoped or expected at a hotel of this tier. Also be careful with the mini vs maxi bar thing. The mini bar is included but not the maxi bar, but it is a tiny sign that says "maxi bar" and although it says on the paper you're given that it isn't included in the all inclusive, they don't mention it at the check-in (but they say that the mini-bar is included).
