Room was spacious / great location / pool area & games room fantastic

Close to everything, beaches, lots of cafes and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. Staff were wonderful.

Limited cooking equipment. Ensuite toilet was slow to flush.

The heated pool was lovely.

The bedroom doesn't have a/c and windows don't open much. One window was stuck and couldn't open.

The hosts were fantastic, very accommodating when we needed a late check-out and always responded fast!

The location was great. Very quiet at night time. The kitchen was very well equipped but it did take me a day to work out how to use the stove. Bed was very comfortable.

Kalua Holiday apartments provided a lovely room with everything we could need during our one week stay. Its location provided optimal access to the beach and all nearby attractions. Excellent facilities including a dedicated parking lot, a heated pool and a tennis court. Staff were lovely and checking in and out was incredibly easy.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great location and not noisy. Will definitely be back.

Hole in single bed room wall behind the door and toilet roll holder was broken in en-suite.

Closeness to anything we needed. The pool and spa was spectacular, the games room was open, and clean.

The clothes dryer in room 31 wasn't working. The pool cues needed replacing and the games room was very hot while playing pool even with the doors open

Friendly managers. Nice pool and garden areas. Spacious apartment. View of ocean and pool. Lorikeets we’re lovely landing on balcony.

Attention to detail for cleaning needed. Exhaust fans all dusty and couch under cushions needed to be vacuumed. It has heavy doors as it is an old property. Also it doesn’t have a trolley for luggage.

Apartment and entire complex was clean, tidy and inviting. View from the balcony was great and apartment was homely and modern. Pool and spa were clean and very relaxing.Location is great and close to shops and take away food. Had a lovely short walk to the beach which is just across the road. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with lift, with swimming pool, spa , mini tennis court and a pool table. A great location for family as it’s just across the road from the beach. Many good cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The spa wasn’t working on our 1st day but was fixed the next day, however it’s the same temperature as the heated pool, not really a spa. The dryer was also broken, only realised after we did our washing, luck there were plenty of airer.

I was so lucky to stay in a 2 bedroom ground floor unit. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything one needed in the kitchen for cooking etc. The Manager, Lindie, was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

No breakfast, self contained unit.

No lift access to our unit, had to carry suitcases and food and drink up 3 flights of stairs.Brochures in room need updating as cafe's and restaurants mentioned no longer exist.

The managers at Kalua are awesome people. So welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed, huge open living & kitchen area. The whole place is really beautiful, gardens are well kept. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax. The pool is clean and has lots of sunloungers. Tennis court is great with a b-ball hoop. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance same with the beach. Didn't want to leave and we be back for sure.

Spacious and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Good shower pressure. Air con was excellent and whisper quiet. Very well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the dishwasher sachet and small toiletries in bathrooms to get us through the first day/night. Good block out blinds. Plenty of powerpoints and wardrobe space. Nice to have a bath. Could walk to beach, shops and eating out. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

Stairs were a bit tricky for one in our group - an oversight on my part when booking. Lift was too far away to be helpful. While overall apartment was clean, some areas need attention as they were very dusty - skirting boards in bedrooms, bottom of cupboard with ironing board/broom.

Location and private parking.

Curtains and blinds were stained. Windows need cleaning. The rangehood was dripping fat from the filters and the air conditioning had mold in it.

A/C in the master bedroom and living. Kitchen was well set up. Comfy and welcoming furnishing in the living.

Would have liked A/C in at least one other bedroom.

Great place to stay. Old style building really spacious with great facilities and location
